Great condo for our family’s vacation. Loved being on the ground floor and having the pool right outside room!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent, with convenient beach access and beautiful views. The condo was comfortable, well suited for our family trip, and gave us a great place to relax and enjoy our time together. The host was wonderful, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Only one of us could take a hot shower. They did send someone to check and told that was because we have a 20 gallon tank. Talked to the neighbors and they had the same problem.

Overall the room covered what we needed, a portable air conditioner was helping cool the unit and was in the sliding door. It was not sealed well and let a lot of heat in. The pool that was a couple feet from the room was closed almost our entire 2 week stay, it was able to be opened the last day. The unit was small, but comfortable for 2 people.

Great location walking distance to pineapple Willie’s, and right on the beach. The pool is right outside the door, very convenient for anyone traveling and staying with kids. Would definitely be staying here again next time I come to Panama.

Great comfort and amazing location!

Great process for check-in/check-out. Loved that the door was coded preventing the need to carry a key to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped! Not an issue with our stay but the one car only allowance may be a problem for some splitting a room. Also know that parking fee is separate and 40 is a little steep in my opinion. Nonetheless we loved our stay and will book again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay

No view of ocean from this location (Bad thing). (GOOD THINGS): Book that Condo made our stay very easy by sending information in a timely manner and even let us check in early (2 o'clock). Check out was a breeze. We love the location and cleanliness of the unit. Everything was stocked and in working order. We particularly liked the artwork/decor in this unit. Ocean accessibility was very convenient from here. We both loved the fireworks also. Sue, Celeste, and Tammy ty for making our stay more welcoming than in the past couple years.

Great views of great fireworks set off up and down the coast.

Booked condo thru vrbo but "book that condo" was the host. They were great! Room was clean. BtC communican was great. Sunbird and PCB had lots of security during pring break. Didn't worry about safety at all. Condo was warm when we came in. Had to use the in condo ac on low as well as the dtand alone unit in room. It did cool tho so no worries there. Would be auper amazing if you could pre-refoster with Sunbird to pay for parking ans get wristbands for property/pool and not have to deal with Sunbird office directly to save time. Condo was clean and ready early. BtC staff even suggested places for additonal parking for my hubby who only stayed part of the time. Love it. View from condo was not existent but having the convenience of being on end and ground floor was priceless. Would stay again for sure!!!

Great Location

This Sunbird Condo is in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants, mere steps from the beautiful white sandy beach, and a very short drive to Walmart. While there was construction going on during our stay, it did not bother us. They were usually wrapping up when we were coming off the beach. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is that there wasn't a closet to hang our wardrobe and the kitchen is very small. I do feel the pictures make it appear larger than it is. Only one person can be in the kitchen at a time. Overall I would book again simply because of the location. The room was clean and met our basic needs.

Dirty

The floors were dirty. Housekeeping came to clean and sent a picture to their supervisor due to the floors condition. Attempted to contact office regarding matter, and was supposed to hear back from supervisor and never did.
