Cute condo for our stay in Oceanside! We were just a few minutes away from where our son lives so the location was perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area and easy access to other towns for a day trips.

Wonderful place to stay

Property was clean and the location was perfect close to plenty of places to eat and a short drive and you are on the beach. We will definitely stay agin next time if it is available.

Overall Fantastic!

Great location and short walk to beach. Place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Host responded quickly with my questions and even let me know where to go to watch fireworks. I definitely would stay there again!

This property was exactly as described. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The host communicated several times during my stay to ensure there were no issues (there weren’t) and checkout was smooth and easy. I’m keeping this property in mind for future visits!

Adorable and convenient!

We loved our little apartment in Oceanside. It was conveniently located- close to the beach, great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. We will be back and fully recommend this cute place to anyone.

Beware, giant roach in the bedroom. I fled the property 4 hours after checkin. Owner said his team didn’t find any signs of roaches the next day when they looked. He said, from the picture I sent, it looked like an American roach and it has probably left the unit. I couldn’t go back. The owner only offered (60) credit on my 3 night booking of 974. No other recourse and it was a big loss for me financially having to pay for a 3 night hotel stay.Also of note, the unit doesn’t have any AC. It was 82’ upon check in, brutally hot. Couch was very uncomfortable and the bathroom cabinets and shower tile were in desperate need of remodel. No assigned parking despite photos of driveways and garages.The location is the only positive. But the rental rate is very high given the quality of the unit and possibility of roaches during your stay.

Great little place for 2 people. Everything was very easy including communication with the owner. The place was clean, surprisingly quiet and in a great location for a great price! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place!

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect and exactly as described! Short walk to beach, amazing coffee shop, stores, restaurants just steps from the complex. The complex itself was super quiet and street parking was adequate. The unit was super clean. Host communication was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Location

My family and I stay in Oceanside or Carlsbad every year. We typically stay with family, but decided to Vrbo this year because we have a baby. This apartment was perfect for us, plenty of room for me, my wife, and the baby. If you’re looking for a great location, this is it. Communal Coffee and Bottlecraft Brewing are directly across the street, and Green Cheek Brewing is right around the corner. Not to mention, the ocean is just minutes away.

Perfect Stay in Oceanside

This was a fantastic place for us to call home for 4 nights while in Oceanside. As a family with 2 little ones, it was well set up and even had some beach toys for the kiddos. The kids stayed on the pull out couch and slept very well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets you could need and we loved the built in desk. The master bedroom is nice and large with a huge amount of closet space and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in for a VRBO. The location was so so convenient as well, right across from Communal for a great meal or a quick coffee and a quick walk to The Strand. About 1.5km to the Pier - nice to walk but a very short drive with ample parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return!
