This cottage is in beautiful Cape Neddick located in the Grey Gull cottage association.

This adorable 1 bedroom condo with a pull out couch and inground pool is just yards from Long Sands beach and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in Short Sands. Just 1 mile from historic Nubble Lighthouse.

The cottage includes a full kitchenette, outdoor gas grill and dining table with umbrella.

Free two car parking adjacent to the cottage.

Perfect Cozy Cottage

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this adorable cozy cottage steps from Long Sands Beach and a quick walk to Short Sands and all the shops. The cottage was super clean and modern and we had everything we needed. We also loved the whole vibe of the entire Gray Gull community that has a beautiful inground pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Cottage Vacation

Steps from either Short Sands or Long Sands beaches, made this location ideal, especially when our grandson visited and we were able to take him to the beach and take a dip in the pool.

My family stayed here for 3 nights. We loved everything about it. Everything that was included in our rental was wonderful and was a quick walk to the beach. We are already planning another visit to Maine and can't wait to stay here again.

Delightful Rest-cation!

Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy.

Nice and cozy

We had a great time this weekend. The weather wasn’t great but we had everything in the cottage to compensate. Very close to beaches and restaurants.

Long weekend around Long Sands York

Very cozy cottage for an individual or couple. Located in a larger vacation cottage neighborhood. Easy immediate access to Short and Long Sands beaches on foot or by car. Pleasant area to walk and enjoy beautiful ocean vistas as soon as you leave the complex. About a mile walk to Nubble Lighthouse. A lot of other awesome opportunities to sightsee, dine, explore nearby. Interior clean, bright and well stocked. Beach inspired. Enjoyed my stay.

Plenty of neighbors

Relatively quiet considering there were about 50 condo units in the area. It's too bad the town will not allow at least gravel parking areas where ponding occurred for a long time after the rain.

Little cute cottage

It was a cute cottage which was centrally located to beaches. Clean and newer furniture, Nicole was great to deal with. No privacy without a door on bedroom and cottage was on a slant. It would be great for 2 people 😁overall it was cute.

Amazing cottage & location!

Perfect location for our annual York Vacation! Cottage is within 5min walk to long sands, 7-8min to short sands- plenty of space for our family of 4. Our two kids (10yo, 5yo) shared the pullout couch & loved having the screened in porch to play games during the one rainy day. Grill and patio table were great for nights we ate in & everything was clean & well organized. Cottage community is extremely safe & friendly! Hosts were some of the best we have dealt with- one issue arose on arrival and they were very quick to address it! We def plan to return!

Clean, convenient, good communication

You can't beat the location--a few minutes' walk to Long Sands and 10-15 minute walk to downtown and Short Sands. Nicole's cottage was extremely clean and well maintained. The towels and linens seemed new and were clean. The bathroom was immaculate. The screened in porch is a great place to hang out at night or enjoy breakfast in the morning. AC is not allowed at this complex but the ceiling fans made a warm, muggy night bearable. I found cell reception very poor in York generally but when at the cottage the wifi helped considerably. Nicole maintained excellent communication with me before and throughout my stay. There were a few cons, such as lack of small items and essentials that I am used to finding at home rentals, and I am sure this is partly due to it being a fairly new listing that I booked two days in advance. We borrowed scissors, salt and pepper from relatives who were at a nearby cottage. For two people who prefer to cook more often than eat out, the fridge was a bit small, and there was just enough space to put groceries (we ended up piling some dry goods in the armoire). The dresser in the bedroom had someone else's clothes in it, which maybe is normal for home rentals but not what we're used to. I have stayed in cottages in the same strip so I was not surprised to hear a little noise from the neighbors, but that is part of staying at this complex. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again. I thank Nicole for giving us the opportunity.
