This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home is the ideal spot for a little rest and relaxation! Casually decorated and elegantly furnished, this split floorplan home checks all the boxes.

Walking in the front door you will find the living area complete with an L-shaped sofa and a large wall mounted smart TV. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful wooden table that offers seating for six.

The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. A cozy breakfast nook with a round table and two chairs lies just off of the kitchen.

Stepping onto the patio, you will find a comfy sofa and several chairs along with a fire pit. Guests will surely enjoy evenings spent outdoors while grilling dinner in the fenced backyard.

Just off of the main living space sits the spacious master bedroom. The master suite is complete with a king bed, serene white bedding and a large flat screen smart TV. The attached full bath features a garden tub, a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home and is tastefully furnished with a full-size bed and a flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom is situated at the front of the home and features two twin beds and a smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between these bedrooms and features a large vanity and combo shower/tub.

The laundry/mud room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is conveniently accessible from the garage prior to entering the home!

For those seeking some beach time, you've found the perfect spot! This home is within walking distance (just a block) to the beautiful white sand shore of Amelia Island and just one block off A1A/South Fletcher Avenue.

Please Note: The living room fireplace is not for guest use!

This property allows 2 dogs weighing no more than 75 lbs combined- A non-refundable pet fee is required.

The house was exactly like the pictures described. We loved the fenced in yard for our fur baby and also the walk to the beach was very short. The beach wagon was a plus! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Great Stay

This was a very nice house and was great being so close to beach. Big back yard made it very private. our family enjoyed this stay!

Great stay!

House is in nice neighborhood and super convenient to beach. Nick was great to bring us some shrimp! Great yard for our dog. Hope to stay again in the future.

Family vacation

Beautiful house very well stocked. Check in and communication above and beyond good. Fenced backyard for the pups. Location is perfect close enough to the beach and a short drive to anywhere on the island.

Nice Property

Everything was as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to beach. Great fenced yard for the dog. Property was clean and nicely maintained. We will try and stay there again next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway

House is exactly as listed. Split plan was perfect and plenty of room for family. Backyard was large and great for our small dog. Across from the beach - amazing location. Property management company was outstanding. Would stay here again.

The inside of the home was very nice. Some truly pretty design pieces. Wonderfully rustic dining set and accessories that gave it all a lovely beach vibe. Master suite was a great size including the en- suite bathroom area. I would have liked a door dividing the bedroom from the bathroom area for more privacy. There was privacy for the toilet area. One small thing: there needed to be some tissue boxes in the bathroom and kitchen. We purchased one for the bathroom later in the week. I brought our own toilet tissue knowing how rentals do not supply quality paper goods. The toilet paper in the home was really very low quality. Glad we had our own. I also brought my own large bath towel. The towels supplied were very rough. We chose this home due to its proximity to the beach-1 block- and mostly for the fenced yard for our dogs. We only used the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms plus the 2nd bathroom were small but adequate for guests or families bringing children.The backyard-though wonderful for our dogs- could have used some better upkeep. We called to ask for the lawn to be cut front and back which it was the next day. The few pieces of furniture in back were not in nice condition at all. The trees were large and quite unique but needed major trimming. I would have liked a lock on the gate on the chain link fence. No security system that we saw. Would have been extra wonderful with a pool out back. Plenty of room. In general, great location and comfortable.

Great Getaway

A great home next to the beach. We were held up there due to hurricane Milton but the house was great - the weather not-so-much. The area of Fernandina Beach is lovely with all of the amenities one would need. It is such a nice place/area that we plan to visit again as a vacation destination.
