Great family spot

We had everything we needed at this rental. Kid friendly and easy walk to beach. Loved the extra toys and gear provided! Super clean and great AC. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for Hilton Head beach time.

Much nicer than the last property we stayed at while vacationing in Hilton Head. Kitchen had what we needed to feed the family everyday. Appliances were nice and new. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of room to hangout with our group of five. We would stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Hilton Head

The vrbo unit we rented was perfect for our stay in Hilton Head. Great location, close to the beach, shopping, a variety of restaurants and Sea Pines. The complex has 3 pools, tennis courts and a small lagoon with some wildlife. The unit is very clean, updated and modern and a great kitchen. The owner responded immediately whenever we inquired about anything snd was very accommodating to any request. Great stay.

Great week in a great location.

It was our first time staying on this part of the island, and we really enjoyed it. The villa was just as described. It was quiet, updated, clean, and fully stocked with necessities. We experienced a minor issue in the beginning, but Bob immediately went above and beyond to fix it. The beach was a quick five minute or less bike ride to an uncrowded area. The pool and bike rack were very close to us. Every night we would hear the frogs which was entertaining for my son and husband. We always sleep with noise makers, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we loved this condo and the area. We would highly recommend it to others looking for a great time in HHI.

Great stay in Hilton Head

Clean, spacious townhome with comfy beds. Beach close in easy walking distance. As hosts, Bob and his wife super responsive to our questions. I had back bedroom which was extremely dark and quiet. Front bedroom faces a small road. Bike rental close by. A great rental and highly recommend.

Like new villa on Hilton Head

This modern, spotless, comfortable home was a great place to stay for our week on HH. It was very well organized and provided absolutely everything we needed. The location was great, just short bike rides from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was abundant, and the pool was nearby. We would certainly return.

Family long weekend

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures showed. The bathrooms were clean and updated, kitchen had everything we needed. Close , easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery and easy bike ride! The checking was simple and quick. Great location and get place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice, newly renovated place

Nicely updated. Plenty of towels, beach stuff, and other supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach but also close to Public beach parking. Close to pool (small pool). Had to mop ourselves when we got there because floor was dirty but maybe was just a cleaning mistake. Plenty of space. Lots of things to do nearby. Great communication from owner.

Great place!

The condo was updated and clean. Perfect location for teens. Beach access, dining, and Coligny Park were just a quick bike ride away. Loved our stay in this unit!

July Visit

My two kids, husband, and I stayed in Bob’s villa last week and had such a wonderful time. It was perfect for our family of 4! The villa was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It was also incredibly helpful to have the beach wagon/umbrella/chairs so we didn’t have to bring those things with us! The pool area was nice and clean and wasn’t crowded at all. Bob was super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back to stay at his villa again!

Summer fun

Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach. Parking available in-front of the unit. The main office to pick up Parking passes is 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we enjoyed the house, well equipped.

Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions I had. The unit was newly renovated and very up-to-date. Gray, white, bright, and clean. Plenty of towels, updated bathrooms, some nice extras for people traveling that can’t bring beach items with them. Good location to Coligny Plaza area and the beach. Also very close to Sea Pines/Harbour Town if that is where you will be spending most of your time, as we did. Would definitely stay there again if we need that kind of space (beds) for a family trip again vs. when just my fiancé and I go to HHI on our May yearly trips.

Beautiful villa

Everything about this villa was perfect! Very clean and like new on the inside! Seating in family room was very roomy and comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were also very comfortable! A short and easy 8 minute walk to beautiful beach! We will definitely be back!
