We are disappointed to hear that you felt your stay did not meet your expectations; however, we would like to provide additional context regarding the concerns raised. Prior to your arrival, you contacted our team multiple times requesting to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, despite the reservation being outside the applicable cancellation period. While we understand that circumstances can change, the reservation terms remained in effect. Unfortunately, it appears that expectations for a refund were established before your arrival, regardless of the condition of the property. When concerns were reported after check-in, our team responded immediately. Our housekeeper returned to the property that same evening to address the items brought to our attention, including replacing bedding and cleaning the floors. During that visit, no mold was found in the showers, and the concerns reported were addressed as promptly as possible. We also reviewed the additional claims regarding the property amenities. The EV chargers are operational, and the parking spaces are built to the standard specifications for the property. Our team members and guests regularly park in these spaces, including larger vehicles, without issue. We take legitimate guest concerns seriously and always make every effort to resolve issues when they are communicated during a stay. However, we also want to be transparent that our team did respond, investigated the reported concerns, and took action to assist during the stay. We regret that the resolution provided did not align with your expectations. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
