Fabulous cottage for a couple to getaway to Fredericksburg! Super charming, clean, and so many lovely amenities - a fireplace inside that you can see thru to the living room and to the jetted tub. Gorgeous shower with waterfall faucet. Comfortable bed with soft, luxurious linens and bedcover. Nice kitchenette with Keurig and coffee setup, mini-fridge for drinks or snacks, and a cozy couch to sit a rest after a day of exploring. Last, and great perk - its moments from Main Street, but still very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. When we return to Fredericksburg, we would love if we could stay here again. Perfection!!!

Our stay was so relaxing. I booked the property for the hot tub, location to Main Street and jetted tub. After a day of walking, beer and wine tasting, it was awesome to return to the cottage. It had everything we needed! The hot tub with a glass of wine was heaven.

Host was most accommodating and responded to text and emails promptly. Fireplace was a little wonky. Great location! Highly recommend if just staying a few days and want to be within walking distance of everything in town.

The cottage is just a few blocks from restaurants, shopping and live music. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Stayed in Stonebridge 1 and it was phenomenal. A great get-away for my wife and I, and well worth the money. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the main strip of downtown Fredericksburg. We ended up driving, but very easily could’ve walked to a LOT of the places we wanted to see. The owner and I had great communication, and he accommodated a couple requests for us. We definitely recommend to stay here!

Perfect Location

This house met all our needs for a long weekend in Fredericksburg! The location was perfect to Main Street, the bed was comfortable, and the couch was the perfect place to chat.

Great Spot!

Great little vacation spot so close to Main Street. My husband and I have some physical limitations that keep us from walking to Main Street but it was only a couple of blocks away and super easy to get to. Great King size bed and fantastic site. Clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!!

Quaint getaway

This place is perfect for a couple to getaway for a weekend and enjoy all that Fredericksburg has to offer. It is within walking distance to Main St. The unit is a cozy place to rest, relax and just enjoy time together. Not to mention it is beautiful inside and outside. My husband and I loved staying here.

Very clean, well set up, comfortable and exactly as described! Just 2 short blocks from the main downtown area of Fredericksburg! Nice parking space too! Definitely recommend this location!!

Great Location to Main Street!

Very close to the Main Street. Walking distance and great places to choose from. No need to Uber. Room had a great spa tub. AC and Fan were great.

Stonebridge 1 was clean, cozy, and felt like home the moment we walked in. Eric made everything so easy—from booking to adding an extra day—and his communication was wonderful. When I accidentally left behind a necklace with a treasured family heirloom, he immediately helped and had it safely back to me within days. Such care and hospitality made our stay unforgettable.

Room experience

Our stay was great. Would like to have instructions on fire place and ceiling fan didn’t work and tub light didn’t work. Other then that our time was spent more in town.
