Second row home with beach access directly across the street!This is a perfect getaway home for a long relaxing weekend or a whole week! The home is set up to accommodate 3 couples. Sleep 6 comfortably. Large open deck great for cooking out or simply soaking up the sun. Take advantage of the downstairs shower to rinse off from the beach. House is completely furninshed with linens, dishes, towels, etc.
Great park just minutes from the house with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Plenty of parking for guests.

Perfect cozy cottage style home it is our second time staying and will be back again! The fenced yard is great since we travel with our Golden retrievers! And the best part the house is within steps from the beach!

This beach cottage is perfect!! It is comfortable, clean, has many beach toys, and even bikes. Love the safe yard for our pups. Easy beach access and feels like home.

We loved our weeklong stay here! It is super close to the beach access and has a large fully fenced backyard. The house was comfortable and spacious for our group of five. Definitely recommend!

We loved the location. Just a walk across the road to be at the beach. The fenced in yard was great with a dog in tow. The house had the beach cottage vibe which we liked. All in all we had a great beach vacation!

Cute rustic place with everything you need for a fun beach stay just steps from the beach. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup, plenty of beach items to enjoy, ac works well, lots of fans, easy in and out with code doors. Great deck furniture for a nice dinner or breakfast on the deck. We loved the old beach cottage feel, but still plenty of room for the 3 of us. Great stay, thank you!

Such a great place to stay! The fenced in yard was so amazing for our family dog and the location- directly across from beach access and 1 mile from downtown Folly- was perfect for us.

This is a super cool beach house. My daughter and I loved everything about it. Conveniently close to everything Folly Beach has to offer. The house is so cozy and comfortable…..my little girl definitely built some great memories here. We will definitely stay here again and again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! This house has everything you need for a beach weekend. Bikes, chairs, plenty of extra linens, everything you need to cook, and more. The best part is the deck/yard and the house is STEPS from the beach. It rained our whole visit so we didn’t get much outside time, but we will definitely be back! The location can’t be beat and the fact that we can bring our pup makes it so much better. The only downside was that the beds are a bit small for us, but not a huge deal considering everything!

The cottage was in a great location. Cold weather did not allow us to fully enjoy Folly Beach, but we enjoyed hearing the ocean waves from time to time.Great dog yard!Keith Sabin
