Perfect for a family trip with young children. Nothing like being directly on the beach. Weather was dicy when we were there, but the facility has indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, etc., which made it enjoyable in any weather. Highly recommend.

Perfect vacation spot for the family

We had a great stay! Beautiful views, ample space, and great location. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Thanksgiving Location

This was our second year coming to Orange Beach, and first staying at this property. I will say this, it is rare that the places you stay are actually nicer than the pictures you see online! We were so impressed with everything from the kitchen to the living spaces, and even the property facilities. We would absolutely come back and stay here again!!

The condo was a perfect spot for our 2 families totaling 7! The bunkbed room was the perfect fit for the kids and we had room to relax. The balcony was a good size, the cookware was good, loved the plastic cups they provided, beds were comfy, bathrooms were decent sizes! We needed to communicate with the managing company and that was quick and pleasant. The condo was super clean and very easy check out. Loved the constant communication. The pool was very low key and very clean. The beach of course of beautiful and clean! Would highly recommend!

This beach condo was perfectly fine, but I won't be staying at this property or any other property managed by Liquid Life again. Unfortunately for the owners, Liquid Life does not maintain the property. The dryer does not work. I had to dry the (extremely tiny) towels three and four times every night in order to use them in the morning. The dishwasher doesn't work. I was running only one or two dishes with a Cascade pod and the dishes came out dirty each time. There are scuffs all over the walls, like way too many suitcases hit the walls without a touch up. There was food and crumbs under all the furniture, like it hadn't been moved ever. And before I arrived, I reached out to Liquid Life to confirm that the condo would have a pack-n-play and high chair, as listed in the VRBO listing (it does!). My email was addressed by an AI bot, who refused to confirm if the baby items were available and instead told me to rent them. I asked several times over the course of the week to be connected to a human to confirm whether the items were in the condo, but no human answered my email. Finally, check out is 10am (which I already thought was early). Liquid Life walked in at 815am to clean. The woman didn't even knock. We were getting dressed and packing up. It was ridiculous.

Vacay

Property was as pictured, very clean and the layout was nice. Beds were comfortable, Washer and dryer and had lots of kitchen utensils. Bring your own spices and toiletries. The balcony was nice and big we used that a lot. The outside pool was cold but was clean. Inside pool was heated along with the Hot tub but was very busy. We would stay again if we were in the Orange Beach Area.
