SUMMER SENSATION or WINTER WONDER - 2 outdoor pools and an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna make this resort great no matter the weather outside. Both bathrooms recently upgraded!
The Hilton Head Resort is a gated resort that offers the perfect Oceanside retreat for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. The gorgeous beaches are just steps away via the private boardwalk. While walking on the boardwalk to the beach or to the beach cabana, Coco’s on the Beach, you can stop to read about and enjoy the beautiful ecological marsh and wildlife or you can ride the convenient shuttle during the peak season. NOTE: Shuttle may not be running or be running on reduced schedules due to off season. Coco's (open seasonally over the summer) serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, snacks and sandwiches in case you don't want to take a cooler, you can just take a break from the beach on their patio dining area.

Amenities…. 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, baby pool, Jacuzzi, sauna room, lighted tennis courts, jogging track, workout area, small arcade, beach, volleyball, walking and biking paths, many bike rentals deliver to site, Deli as well as 24 hour private gated security. **Please note amenities may be closed or on limited service levels due to winter off season.

Our unit is on the top floor of the resort, with another unit on only one side, so it is nice and quiet. We provide several beach chairs, a pack and play, travel baby swing, toddler booster seat, linens, towels, coffee maker, hair dryer and more, a full kitchen so you can stay in if you wish; ALL THE AMENITIES OF HOME for your beach getaway at our little retreat.

The extensive island wide walking/bike paths cross the entrance to the Resort, you can explore all over the island. Easily walk to the Park around the corner, or to Shelter Cove Mall, the grocery store and nearby Starbucks if you wish.

This was a girls trip and we had so much fun! The room was nice and clean, with dishes and towels supplied. I have stayed at this condo resort before but not this particular unit. We enjoyed watching the baby gators in the pond down below the balcony. The boardwalk was a hike to the beach but it’s not unbearable for those who can do it. They also offer the golf cart shuttles for those who can’t. Overall it was a great place to stay and we’ll be back!

This was the perfect condo for my kids and I. Everything we needed was there, the resort is so family friendly with so many things to do, the only problem we had was finding time to do them all!

The condo was clean and updated. There were lots of pots/pans/cooking utensils/dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable. It was nice having the beach carts/chairs. Lots of parking. The elevators were very slow and hot. Once inside the building was definitely dated and carpet was probably originally from the 80’s. Since it was enclosed it was very warm inside. In the morning you could hear lots of littles screaming from the indoor pool. The outdoor areas were very well maintained. Pool area were nice. Good rental for the price. Nice location to activities and beach.

We stayed at the resort before but in a different unit. This unit was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here as a family. We used to live in Savannah and enjoy coming back for our breaks when we can and this unit felt like home but with all the wonderful amenities of the resort too! There were plenty of paper products and towels for our stay and thoughtful touches throughout. We really enjoyed everything!

I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO condo! The space was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with almost everything you could need for a comfortable visit. The host was excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay!

Great renovated condo!

We enjoyed our stay here! Clean, updated condo with a perfect room for our two girls. Loved the indoor pool and pretty walk to the beach. Cocos was a fun place for a beach lunch as always!

This is a great place to stay with kids. My family loved the indoor pool in the chilly days. A nice walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had all the things we needed.

Great location access to many beachs, shops , entertainment.

The unit we stayed in was well kept. Could use an upgrade. The building overall could use some upgrades but for the price and our time there everything was great. I would stay again for sure.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, very convenient and centrally located, making it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The property also offers great amenities, especially for families with children, with multiple pools and plenty of space to enjoy.There were just a few areas that could use some attention. During our stay, the hot tub was under construction, which resulted in some daytime noise. The unit itself could also benefit from a few updates. While it was generally comfortable, I noticed some dust on the stovetop and behind the televisions, and the pillows and bed linens showed signs of wear and discoloration when we stripped the beds before checkout.One additional observation is that several of the closets were being used to store children’s items and other belongings, which left very limited space for guests to unpack and store their clothing. The unit is on the smaller side, but it worked well for the two of us.Overall, none of these issues took away from our vacation, and we enjoyed our stay. With a little extra attention to housekeeping, some refreshed linens, and a few updates to the unit, this would be an even better place to stay.

Awesome place

Nice place perfect for 6 of us. They had everything u need to go to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. This is my favorite condo I’ve stayed at , at the Hilton head resort.

Beautiful condo and a great location! The walk to the beach is a bit further than I thought, but the beach is less crowded here than in public areas. The indoor pool area was great! Host were wonderful! They respond to messages and questions very quickly (I was very impressed with this)! Check in was a breeze!

1st Beach vacation

We had an absolute blast. The place was very clean, the owners answered any questions we had very quickly. The island had all kinds of things to do and see. The beach was just a few minutes away and the pools at the resort were also very clean and wonderful. Overall it was great place to stay and visit for the week

Nice condo

Our condo was clean and nice. The condo was well maintain and took care of. We were there for Labor Day weekend, wasn't too crowded at all. Gated property was nice, the resort itself was a little dated but overall nice and safe. The walk to the beach was a little long, they provide shuttle service, but we didn't use . The walk to the beach was pretty on the boardwalk walking over the landscape , seeing the different kinds of birds.

Family fun

The kids had a funtime swimming in the various pools and walking the boardwalk to the beach. The owners shared their beach toys, buggy and chairs which was tremendously helpful!!! I wish we had grocery shopped before we arrived at the resort, it was a little tricky getting in and out of the property. The resort itself was very family friendly but also very easy to get turned around and/or lost. The kitchen was a challenge to work in and there was only one place to get food on the property, though there was a beach bar/restaurant available too. Both were very busy!!! It was our first time going to Hilton Head Island. We will return to explore more of the island in the future. Thank you!

Vrbo stay Hilton head

The dishwasher was very dirty and not working. The floors didn’t look swept good or mopped. It was hot when e we got there. Why wouldn’t Utah turn the cool on in the midst of summer!?!?

I appreciate that you let us know about the dishwasher when you were there so we could have our maintenance folks come repair it. I will definitely talk to the cleaners to let them know there was an issue with the floors so we can rectify that. Thank you for your stay.
