Guests will love waking up to a beautiful lake view framed between gentle pines and watching the loons swim by from the upper deck on the comfy sectional with a warm cup of coffee and decide what to do that day!

We offer a canoe or paddleboat to explore the beautiful lake. The crystal water will reveal fish and a population of turtles and sometimes a swimming muskrat or two. Sanford Lake is famous for the Loons that like to nest here . The lake is natural, soft bottom, so there is no swimming off of the dock.

The furniture was chosen to be comfortable and welcoming. There are many sleeping options.

The downstairs walk out level offers another living space with a 'game area' vibe. There are many boards games to chose from as well as fuse ball table and xbox for entertainment. Full bath on the lower level.
