Great location! Awesome building! Talked to the lady whose husband designed the building. Great room, quiet, cool (even in the heat)!

The location was fabulous. We could walk to Pike's Market an the Space Needle. The room was neat and clean and we enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants.

Dre was a very helpful communicative host! And returned all questions quickly and with friendly, thorough information. The room is comfortable and has everything two people need. There’s plenty of cool bars and eateries within blocks!

It was a very cute, small efficiency, well stocked and clean, I felt it was close to everything most folks want to see in downtown, a good little store close by. I appreciated the Security of the building too!

Very clean and appeared to be newly finished or renovated. Nice secure parking. Great location for central sites of Seattle! Liked supplied coffee and filters. Very responsive host.

Great, centric location, clean and quiet.

It was a pleasure staying here, we had an event at the pledge arena and it was great to walk 15 minutes and not have to pay for patking, we also had breakfast at the pike market and it was only a 10 minutes walk.Will be staying here again soon

Great Stay

My daughter and I came for a short trip to see a concert. The condo was clean and comfortable. The other residents were friendly. Everything was walkable and we felt perfectly safe doing do. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! You can easily walk to the waterfront, ferry, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle/Chihuly museum, and much more. Transit is easily accessible, and the included parking garage is a huge convenience for exploring the area. We ate at 2 great restaurants that were less than a block away, and there were many other appealing options right nearby. The apartment is exactly as described, and everything is clean and thoughtfully arranged, making for a wonderful stay. We loved having all the shelves, hooks, and cubbies for putting various items -- it is a cozy space but so functional and comfortable. There were 3 of us, and we never felt crowded or surrounded by our "stuff". We had plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen items, and cleaning necessities to feel right at home. Laundry and parking are big pluses!! Even though there is a lot of nightlife in the area, the apartment is very peaceful inside, day and night. You will sleep well and appreciate being so close to all Seattle has to offer.

Apartment was as shown/described. Location was in a great neighborhood and in a very secure building with secure parking in a garage below the building. The host was exceptional in communication before, during and after the stay. Would highly recommend this apartment and host when visiting Seattle.

Perfect spot to adventure in Seattle

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy condo located in the heart of everything downtown and waterfront Seattle. We appreciated the secure parking where our car remained until we finished our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host, Dre was great to work with. Again, the location is excellent! We walked to the Paramount, 5th Ave Theater, Pikes Mkt, Sculpture Park (so cool!), the space needle, Chihuly Museum, waterfront trail. So many food options just outside the door or down the street in every direction.

Fantastic Stay! Highly RecommendWe had a wonderful experience staying at this immaculate studio! It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the essentials and amenities you could possibly need. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. Having parking available was a huge bonus, as it made getting around and exploring the area super convenient.The location was perfect—central and within easy walking distance to many of Seattle’s top attractions. We loved being able to explore the city on foot, from Pike Place Market to the waterfront, all without needing to drive.Communication with the host was seamless, and they provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything we needed during our stay. Best VRBO

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented. Big deal for me in any rental whether it be a hotel or VRBO is cleanliness and a good bed. Both were above and beyond. The location was perfect for us and building security was excellent. Our host was always polite and quick to respond. We were so pleased with everything. After traipsing and eating our way around Seattle it was a gift to walk into the condo, drop our shoes at the door, plop on the couch (also extremely comfortable) and veg out a bit before hittin' the sack. It was perfect for the 2 of us.

nice stay in Seattle

this was a nice stay in Seattle for myself and my 18 yr old son. The host was super accommodating, and went the extra mile for us at check-in since we arrived early in town. The unit was clean and worked great for us. We spent basically only evenings in the unit as we were out exploring during the days. (note: We happened to be staying during the hotter days of summer in Seattle and Vancouver. While Seattle has a higher % of units with A/C than Vancouver I didn't think to check the listings for that and as it turned out our unit in Vancouver had A/C whereas this unit doesn't however that's unlikely to be an issue usually.)

Check in was easy, the apartment was as described, clean, nice and the bed was comfortable. The building entrance was on a busy street, near a trendy bar, but the apartment was quiet, with a lovely view of the courtyard. Location was great, with an easy walk to the water and Pike St. Market. If using the parking spot, be careful, as the in-out ramp is very steep.
