We had a wonderful stay. Things couldn't have been better. The home is beautiful. Everything works as it should. 5 minute walk to the beach. 3 minute bike ride to the beach. Fine dining, casual dining, breakfast, small grocery, great shopping... all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Check-in, check-out very simple.

Beautiful home

We were returning to Rosemary for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was better than I expected! Would stay here again.

The property is beautiful. The location is ideal, within walking distance into town and rhe beach. Such a charming neighborhood. The property had all the amenities. We never felt that anything was lacking. We will definitely return here.

Absolutely Beautiful

This VRBO is in a beautiful neighborhood in Rosemary Beach. The home was beautiful and welcoming, easy to enjoy on a rainy beach day. Will be returning. Beach is an easy stroll. One of my all time favorites.

We found our Zen! This home is perfectly appointed, it was so nice to be in a home that felt like my own and not just a rental. Perfectly decorated, comfortable, and clean with all the right details. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family. The location is a quick walk to the beach and to town. The multiple pool options are great as well, especially the indoor pool for the teenagers to play or adults to swim laps. The gym, 25 fee per day, was just what was needed to get a workout in too. Management company was responsive to our needs. Best decision was to pay for the beach chairs and umbrella ahead of time! Made for a lovely beach experience as well. So happy we stayed in Rosemary Beaxh as it is incredibly charming, and offers the vibe we were looking for vs. the surrounding towns. I would book this home again!!

Awesome stay!

This was a beautiful home in a perfect location! Check-in and instructions for everything were easy. Everything was perfect, except a wheel did fall off one of the bikes we were riding. The house came with a total of 4 bikes so we had a back-up.

we had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and easy. We only had problems with the ice maker. it was turned on but not making ice.

Great little pet friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location as far as getting in and out of the neighborhood and being able to walk to main street. The bedrooms were really quiet and stayed dark which I really appreciate since I am a sensitive sleeper. I do wish it had nicer/cleaner linens. I washed the master bedroom duvet myself and that made things feel better.

Unbelievably, linens weren’t changed before we arrived. We notified management and they were changed the next day.Upstairs bedroom window left open before we arrived and was found to be off its tracks and unable to close. It was fixed on day 2. No notice was given to us that the residence had any issues. We wondered why we weren’t told before we arrived to expect that a window was broken.Very disappointed and would absolutely not stay here again. Definitely not worth 1000 per night.

The house was nice overall but with 4 adults and one child, I’d did feel a little tight. The house felt smaller than it appeared, especially the main room. For example, in the two bedrooms with the king beds there was barely room to walk around and have any luggage space. The large island in the kitchen was nice and spacious though. Even coming in from the car, even the bushes felt so tight like you couldn’t walk past them which was as especially difficult when carrying bags and groceries. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again, it was just ok for our needs.
