The unit was as advertised. There was no detergent in the laundry room or body wash in the bathrooms which were the only minor issues. Everything else was excellent.

Kids loved it!
Our family had a great stay in apt 2. My kids loved the backyard, basketball hoop, and pool. The apt was a great size, the couches were comfy, and the property was huge! Great location, too. My kids are already asking to go back to Cooperstown and stay in the same place!

Great location!! Close to downtown Cooperstown and groceries, breweries, putt-putt etc…. If going for baseball Dreams Park is walkable, All Star Village is a 25m drive Spacious home, comfortable beds and clean. Enjoyed the large yard playing Wiffle ball and volleyball. The pool is a bonus.

The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door.

The place was clean and easy to get into. Sleeping accommodations were fine. We couldn't figure out how the TV worked and may have ordered something inadvertently more detailed instructions would be appreciated. Finally, the biggest reason we knocked it down from excellent to good was that no body wash shampoo or conditioner were provided in either bathroom.
