Jess was the perfect host - quick to respond and helpful with questions! We’re with our two daughters, their husbands and our 2-yr old grandson - who loved the upstairs play loft and swings in the fenced in backyard. We rented a paddle board and double kayak for the week which provided hours of fun and beautiful views. We would love to return!

Beautiful home on the bay

My family loved our stay here! Great amenities at the home (fire pit, deck by the bay, etc.) and a perfect location to explore the whole Grand Traverse area. Would definitely stay here again!

Best vrbo we've ever stayed at

Absolutely perfect place for any Traverse City or Leelanau stay! The home is beautiful and perfect for families (young children included!). Some of the best amenities I have ever experienced with a rental. Host is very responsive, helpful and friendly! Could not recommend this home more to anyone!

Great Place

The location is ideal! Many places to visit within a 15- 40 min drive. Updated, clean, nice backyard. I would highly suggest this for a family stay. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms worked great! It seems to have been recently updated in the in and outside.

Perfect

Stylish, spotless, cozy home. Lake (across the street) views were beautiful. Well stocked kitchen and gorgeous furnishings. Super fast communication with owners. Loved it!

The house wasn’t properly cleaned, but the owner was very responsive and kind and offered to have the cleaners return, or even refund our entire stay so we could stay somewhere else. She did refund our cleaning fee

To our furure gueats, please read our other reviews. This guest called me about how dirty the house was and I of course offered to refund the stay. When I asked for pictures of what was so dirty I was sent 1 fly on a window sill, a crumb under the kitchen rug, and a dusty baseboard behind a couch. Even with that I refunded the guests cleaning fee

Family Getaway

We had seven people stay at the property (5 Adults and 2 children) and we all had a great time. Plenty of space, and the upper loft area provided a nice area for the kids to play. The location is great, right off M22 not far from both Suttons Bay & downtown TC. Having the access to the water was nice, but with little ones just be cognizant that it is off a main road. Having a fenced in backyard with fire pit and swings was a plus. Would recommend and would stay again. Home did not have wash clothes for the bathroom and would be nice to have extra towels in the bathrooms as well since the upstairs could hold 6 people and bathroom only had 4 towels.
