Located just over the stunning Bridge of Lions, in St. Augustine, this peaceful and centrally-located unit on Anastasia Island is a short 10 minute walk to historic downtown St. Augustine.

This guest rental is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit, located on the ground-level of a duplex that is just a few minutes walk to beautiful Historic Downtown St. Augustine.
Also, gorgeous St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park, with its white-sandy beach, welcome you in less than a 10 minute drive.
Beach towels and cooler included.
Whether it's a long weekend away with a friend, a romantic couple's weekend, or an extended stay, you'll love the laidback vibe.
Enjoy an evening in with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steal appliances (new fall 2023) while relaxing in the quaint and cozy living area and dining space.
The living room offers an inviting and comfortable setup for relaxing and watching a movie on the 55" smart TV.

Perfect getaway!
Great apt. perfect for couples. Bright, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Would stay again.

Great place for the weekend
We had a great weekend. This place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk across the Bridge of Lions and into the quaint city of St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend this place. The nice backyard, great parking, clean and stocked with everything you will need.

The location was perfect- such an easy walk over the bridge of lions. Nice to be out of all of the traffic in St Augustine. It was clean, bed comfy & enjoyed the back patio. The grill cheese bar had great music & food as well as Odd Birds. Both just a few steps from the unit. Amy was quick to respond.

We were very impressed by how neat and clean our rental was when we got there. We had all the amenities we needed. The overall beach theme is impressive and pleasing. Our host Amy, was very friendly and helpful in making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will definitely be staying there again.

In town for New Years and a friends 60th bday.
We were a group of about 25 all on the same street which was so cool to be able to share meals and private time etc and to be able to park our vehicle's and walk everywhere was a huge bonus. We have actually decide to try and make an annual trip with this group of people. We highly recommend any Property Amy had available. She was amazing to work with and the space was exceptional.

Cute, comfy home
The house is just as described. Pictures are exactly like the house. The beach towels and beach bag were very helpful so we didn’t have to pack any on our flight! It was also nice to have cold packs for beach bag! The patio area was nice. House was easy to find and right off the main road. Detergent and dryer sheets were great to have furnished as well!

Awesome!
Firstly, the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s roomy, airy and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need.
It is super clean and Amy is really great at responding to any queries you may have.
The location is ideal as you’re in walking distance to St. Augustine, and your a short drive to the beach. There are so many restaurants a short drive away. We loved the Conch House and the Salt Life Food Shack and we liked Kookaburras for lunch. We also love to cycle and there are many options available. We would return in a heartbeat.
