Absolutely loved this place. We have been coming to PCB for 10 yrs looking for a place we would love to be repeat customers at, and if our host will have us I do believe we have found that place.

Property was perfect for my family of three. The couch was really gross though so we covered it with a sheet and the oven is not working on bake, had to use broil. The only other thing the listing doesn’t show is there is a fabric door that is the main wall of the bedroom. Not a huge deal but doesn’t block much sound if you want privacy . Overall the location is perfect near pier park and a much less packed beach than other areas. Checkin was super easy and they allowed us early check in. Also the WiFi password is not what they provide, but I found it on the back of the router.

Our stay was exactly what we expected. A nice place to stay close to everything yet far enough away for the beech to no be too crowded.

Furniture needs to be replaced. Bed, sofa, and chair lacked support. Sliding glass door was hard to open and close. If I had wd40 I would have fixed it. Wife couldn't open or close it. TV remote was buried in sofa. Did without until we found it. Other than that we had a great stay. Quiet and clean.

Cute and Cozy Place!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the views and sounds of the ocean was so peaceful. The room had everything we needed! Will definitely book this again next time we come down!

Beautiful Beach

This location is a ground level, not a high rise, which is a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and especially the beautiful beach.

Place was dirty when we got there, was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was leaking all over the house leaving puddles all over the place. Not one day did we have hot water, we showered and did everything in COLD water for a WEEK. The pictures seem to be taken a while ago because they are not the same then in person. Mold in the shower doors rotting etc. nice location though loved the building just not this specific one. Many problems with no solution

Great location!

Great location with beautiful view of the ocean! If you like spending your time at the beach, on the beach, it doesn’t get any better. Far enough away from any condo towers to keep the beach area from being crowded!

Spring Break

Location is everything and having your vehicle right outside your door and no elevators. Just what we needed and everything was provided. Super cool place to stay.

Great Launch Pad For PCB Bike Week

Rode my motorcycle down for Bike Week. Had this wonderful beach side condo all to myself. My favorite part was being able to walk out the back door and within seconds have my feet in the sand and being able to listen to the waves hitting the shore. I loved this place!
