Welcome to Phoenix East 1102, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo with a bunk alcove, offering 800 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. This slice of beach paradise is the perfect retreat for swimming, shopping, trying local eateries, or simply unwinding by the water.

Step inside and enjoy the bright, coastal décor and fully furnished interior designed for a relaxing stay. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy delicious takeout from nearby restaurants. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to your private balcony—ideal for soaking in emerald Gulf views and refreshing sea breezes.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. When it's time to turn in, the kids will love the bunk alcove room as their "hideway" in the hallway. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Phoenix East complex provides an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, splash pad, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk leading straight to the beach.

- Hallway: Twin over twin bunk
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

If you are on the fence, book it! I'm a long-time Orange Beach goer and have stayed in dozens of Phoenix units and this is the nicest one I've ever been in. Beautifully renovated property with excellent views.

Beautiful condo

We’ve stayed in several places in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. This condo is smaller than what we are used to but is fine for a trip for 2. The bathroom is kind of small and there isn’t a lot of storage space. I would suggest some hooks in the bathroom & bedroom to hang towels and clothing and also a laundry basket for the closet. Loved the decor. Very clean. Our only issue was one of the sliding doors was broken and duck taped and it was very drafty. I emailed the property manager and told the front desk but no one came to fix it. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would rent this condo again.

Beautiful place!

We had a very last minute trip and they were so accommodating for us. The place is in a great location. It’s easy to get to all places at the beach within reasonable time. It was nice sitting on the balcony and watching the boats coming in and out of the pass. The condo was VERY nice and cozy! We loved it and will be back! Thank you

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again. Great location along the beach and we had wonderful views from our condo!

Wonderful Condo with Terrific View

We were super impressed with the cute beach motif, the beautiful kitchen, and front-loading washer/dryer. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed that this end of Orange Beach seemed a bit quieter. If looking for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom with bunkbeds in the hall, look no further. Highly recommended!

Great, no hassles property.

Great property, very clean and up to date. Perfect for couples, singles or even a couple with kids (2 bunks). Anything more than that would probably start to make it feel crowded. Nice pools and a grilling area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available via 3rd party at this location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and marinas. Only down side is the cost of parking: $55 per vehicle per stay as of this writing.
