Newly Renovated Penthouse with Beautiful Views of the Gulf!
This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath penthouse Unit D-42 has memorable Gulf views from the screened-in lanai and the large private rooftop sundeck. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of counter seating and is fully equipped. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and entertainment center with 50-inch 4K QLED smart TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 43-inch 4K smart TV and direct access to the lanai. The custom designed ensuite master bathroom has a double-sink vanity with plenty of storage space and includes a beautiful seven foot by five foot walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom you’ll find a queen sized bed and twin extra long bed, with Roku HDTV, and an adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. There are granite counter tops and tile and new LVP floors throughout. Linens, including beach towels, are provided along with beach chairs and umbrella.

The place was amazing, clean, well thought out amenities. Easy beach access the only thing missing is betting for the stairwell on patio. Couldn’t use patio balcony due to the no see ums coming down the stairwell. Will be returning again!

So happy we chose to stay here. The property was well kept and the unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. Fantastic amenities, great location to the beach, excellent views of the gulf from the screened in balcony and rooftop deck, and comfortable beds. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Sanibel.

Spacious condo. Very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Nice touches like shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the baths. Beds were very comfortable and linens were a nice quality. Grounds were well kept and the beach was lovely. Note that this condo is at the very back of the property and the ocean view is only visible if you are on the screened in porch.

We loved the design and updated clean and simply look to the condo. With parking spot right out front it makes moving in and out a breeze as well. No complaints from us!

This property was very well stocked with everything you would need. It is clean and very well put together. The views and access are some of the best on the island. We have stayed at several properties in Sanibel and this is by far the best in terms of value and overall experience.

We stayed in this unit from June 6-13, 2026. The property was extremely nice, well maintained, and included everything you need for an extended stay. The unit also included beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and several other beach-related items for children. The host, Heidimarie, was quick to respond to any questions; as was the property management team. We would highly recommend this property as a preferred location for anyone staying in Sanibel Island.

We had an incredible time this trip. This was due to the location and beautiful condo. Everything that we needed was ready and available for us. The condo is very nicely done with plenty of closet and drawer space. Everything seems brand new and an excellent location. The roof deck feature was awesome for evening sunsets and you are only steps away from the beach. The entire property is clean and well kept. We will definitely be back next year.

Loved it here! The unit was perfect; clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop patio is completely worth every penny! Great view, perfect for sunset, and beautiful star gazing. The condo complex is looking great as well. Beautiful grounds, nice pool area and they provide lounge chairs on the beach. Location on the island made it very convenient to get anywhere we needed to go. Definitely a great stay!

The unit was updated and very clean and the condo community was impeccably taken care of. Host was very responsive. The view from the lanaia and rooftop deck is incredible.

After 20 condo and house rentals over the years on Sanibel and Captiva, this certainly ranks in the top two. Very clean and we loved all of the extras...extra towels, kitchen supplies and appliances, beach toys and equipment, full-sized bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the showers and other items. Layout as expected, pictures accurate, parking 50' from elevator (only one closer!). Rooftop patio was superb and a key feature as we had one last year.The only negatives were the need for a Keurig and the pool was closed 3 days for yearly maintenance and refill. The coffee issue was too minor to worry about as there was a full pound of ground coffee in the cabinet. Great resolution, IMO, as I prefer ground coffee in a drip maker anyway. The pool issue is entirely out of the host's control and VRBO did try to correct it by calling other resorts for us.Great recovery from Ian and the other storms. We drove thru the islands a year after Ian and the difference is fantastic. Congratulations!

We had the best time in sanibel. Rooftop was absolutely perfect in every way. Very clean updated unit short walk to pool and beach. Will definitely return someday.

Great family vacation spot!

Great unit. The roof is such a nice amenity. While there was construction as the island continues to rebuild, it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Nice and relaxing week
Property is very clean, right on a beautiful beach and only 1 mile away from the city main street with stores and places to eat. Plenty of towels, kitchen stuff and other little things that makes it a home away from home.

Winter Paradise
This property was exactly as pictures made it out to be. Beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. A quiet relaxing place where fun can be had by all. Already looking forward to our return trip.

We first started going to Sanibel about 25years ago with our children and we always stayed at Pointe Santo. The boys loved roller blading and biking around the island and we have many old photos of them in the pool. We finally realized our dream and purchased a unit at Pointe Santo. We look forward to enjoying all that Sanibel and Pointe Santo have to offer with our now adult children.

This place really does have it all. Sanibel Island is easy to get to from Chicago, but once you've crossed the causeway, you're on a quiet tropical island. The island has a quiet, relaxing feel to it. We checked all the condo complexes on the island and there's no comparison - Pointe Santo's the best.
