Wake up steps from the Gulf. Our fully renovated two-bedroom at Pointe Santo de Sanibel sits directly on the beach at 2445 W Gulf Drive — panoramic water views from two private lanais, designer finishes throughout, and hosts who answer within the hour.
The condo. E31 was renovated top to bottom — new kitchen, new baths, coastal finishes chosen to feel calm, not cluttered. The primary suite and living room both open to the Gulf, and morning coffee on the lanai comes with the sound of the water, not the road. Two bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps six comfortably.
The location. Pointe Santo is one of Sanibel's most loved Gulf-front communities — beachfront pool, on-site amenities, and the sand a short walk from your door. No causeway traffic, no crowds. The island's shelling, biking trails, and restaurants are all within a few minutes.

We're Pam & Reid, from the Chicago area, and Sanibel has been our family's soft landing for years — the place where the pace slows the moment you cross the causeway. We host E31 ourselves because we'd rather you deal with the people who picked out the furniture than a call center. When we're on island you'll find us shelling at low tide, biking the trails, or arguing about which grouper sandwich is best. Ask us anything before or during your stay — we answer quickly, and we enjoy it.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We have been visiting Sanibel and Pointe Santo for almost 15 years now as we have family who owns a unit in the complex. Pointe Santo sits on the quiet stretch of West Gulf Drive — genuinely on the beach, not "beach adjacent." The community is low-rise and tucked into the greenery, with a Gulf-front pool and paths that lead straight onto the sand. It's close enough to Periwinkle Way for dinner and shops, but far enough that evenings are just the water and the sunset. That's the whole reason we bought here: it feels like the Sanibel people remember.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Two things, honestly: the views and the renovation. E31 has private lanais off both the living room and the primary suite, so the Gulf is the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing at night. And the condo was renovated top to bottom — new kitchen, new baths, calm coastal finishes — so it feels current, not "rental worn." And as an added bonus, there is a second lanai off the 2nd bedroom where you can sit and relax reading a book, sipping coffee or a nice cold beverage. Add direct beach access and owners who reply within the hour, and it's the difference between staying somewhere and being hosted.
