Great property for a short stay In Colorado Springs. Host was super responsive and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. It was convenient to downtown, Colorado college, Garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The little backyard was great for our kids to be outside for a bit In a fenced in area. We were very happy to have comfortable beds as well!

Host was fantastic and responsive. Great location to get to all the things we had planned. Wish we had known how steep the steps up to the front door were as it was painful for me to climb up and down.

Only issue we had was steep (contour) of steps both in front and back. Harder for older couples. Tenant below complained about squeaky floors and could hear talking none of which we could help. Bedroom on left (king size) was squeaky with movement. Otherwise a great stay.

Very clean place. Communication with company was excellent. Location great. My only complaint is we did not realize we would be renting a house and sharing house with downstairs tenant. We controlled heating Ac and tried to help it by making him comfortable also. I thought we were renting a stand alone house. That’s my only complaint.

Absolutely no complaints regarding property, its cleanliness or location. We spent 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Communications were absolutely timely & helpful.

Colorado Springs Family Get-away

This place is in a terrific location and convenient to so many places and sites. The home was very clean and well appointed with exceptional attention to detail. We were very comfortable here and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Colorado College graduation.

We were minutes away from campus and downtown. Everything was seamless from booking to checking out. Enjoyed the backyard for cocktail hour and the king sized beds were perfect for our tall family.

Great Experience

The house had many comforts of home. A great place to relax during parents weekend. Good location to easily get to great restaurants and hiking trails. Would stay there again!

Easy Colorado living

We were in town for a family wedding and chose this home based on location and reviews, both were excellent. The check in was seamless as was check out. Close to all the downtown amenities and very easy to get to Garden of the Gods and the cog rail way up to Piles Peak. The guys booked a fly fishing day which was just a few minutes from the house to the fly shop. The house was welcoming and even had some necessities in hand for guests which were very appreciated!! We would highly recommend this host!!

This rental has everything you need while away from home. Kitchen - fully stocked, quite a few pantry items; bathrooms - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap; bedrooms - plenty of pillows, baby items (for those that need it), comfortable beds. Being the upper of a duplex and having a stairwell to the lower level in the living room was alittle odd. But we didn't have any issues with the lower guest. Overall, thanks for a great stay for our first visit to Colorado Springs.

Good location, decent place

We enjoyed our stay here. We were surprised to find out we only had the upper floor to ourselves and there was another apartment on the lower level - this was not made obvious in the listing info. The kitchen was well equipped and we made most of our meals there. The view was nice, but obscured by trees. I wouldn't call it a "180 degree mountain view". The place was clean, but obviously not super updated. Windows and deck could use some work. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Great proximity with an easy drive to the locations that we were visiting. Great communication with the host/manager. Disappointed in the "view" or lack of mountain view. Inside of a neighborhood with trees obstructing the view in the front. No view in the back. Not clear in the listing that the house was an attached unit - not a free standing home. No covered patio front or back - when it rains, you're stuck inside. Odd and uncomfortable attachment to the downstairs unit that was not disclosed. Next time - I'll read the reviews more carefully.

Great location/property, lower unit tenant noise an issue

Overall, the property itself was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. However, we had a major issue with noise from the lower unit. The listing does not clearly state there are renters below until incredibly far down in the description. We actually noticed this right after booking, and tried to get a refund. Because we booked within the 50% only refund window, we ended up keeping the reservation. Unfortunately, the lower tenant had multiple dogs that were very loud, barking at all times of the day for long stretches of time. We reached out to the property manager who in turn reached out to the tenant, but the house never improved. We are dog people and understand that dogs bark, but this amount of barking was incredibly disruptive. We voiced our concerns and were wanting to cancel our stay halfway through. We were told that they would get back to us about a refund. We never heard back. It's a shame, because the house itself was great. I would not recommend this unit as long as the other tenants are allowed pets.

We had an amazing stay! Communication with the host was very fast and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, just as the photos showed! The location was quiet at night and easily accessible to downtowns and trails by car. 10/10 stay, would definitely recommend!
