A great place, close to town … but away from any of the tourist parts of town … peaceful and enjoyable enough to not want to leave. We had an active itinerary with some youth and were able to easily visit Enchanted Rock.

This house was perfect !! Had everything we needed. We were a party of 6, but could hold a lot more! Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable! Definitely a 10 out of 10!!

Great Place.

Great place for a getaway. Out in the country with views, peace and quiet; close enough to town for entertainment. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place!!

We loved our stay here and plan to stay here again! We loved the separate rooms for each couple and the outdoor area was great! Lots of deer moving through and we enjoyed the fire pit as well! Thank you!!!

Very tranquil spot for any getaway yet close enough to town. Owners are very transparent, details to getting to facility and getting in. It has the amenities for cooking in doors and out doors. Hoping we are able to book this spot again when needed (if it’s not already booked).

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Enjoyed watching the deer go across the field every morning counted 30 one morning. Lots of room for family visits.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time meeting up with family. Weekend just went by way too fast. Hopefully we can do again before too long. Love the three level cabin.

Rustic open spaces

This place was so peaceful! We completed our ladies weekend with a roaring fire. The three floors were perfect! Each space had its own bathroom. Coffee was provided very nice touch. Will most definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip🤗

Fantastic for our family

Our yearly Christmas parade trip. House is plenty big for all of us. Kids had plenty of room to play while allowing privacy if others wanted. Great house for large group. Powers very friendly with great communication with me.

This property was beautiful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The butterflies and caterpillars were amazing, the deer were such a wonderful sight, and it was easy to find even though the instructions made it sound hard. The owner communicated with us and was very helpful. We booked this for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was a great place for an intimate party! We will certainly be booking again soon!

Cleaning lady was still cleaning when we got there at 4:00. But we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The weather was nice so we stayed outside and enjoyed the view. Toilet paper and paper towels could use an upgrade. But the beds were plentiful and comfortable.everything worked properly and we had a good time. I will say as a 70 year old the stairs were treacherous! Very steep and narrow with only one handrail. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was close to several sites of interest. A pretty good place to stay in Fredericksburg!

Outstanding experience. Close enough to downtown Fredericksburg but also far enough away. House was above expectations. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will return.
