This was a wonderful place. It was clean, easy to check in, and had great onsite parking. The host was responsive. The view from the balcony was perfect. You cannot miss with this place. Would stay here again and again. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect location, awesome parking, gorgeous kitchen and entire house had everything we needed. Only downside was the elevator was not working, but made it work and had the most fantastic time with family.

Great location. Literally 5 min walk to the beach. The host was very responsive to my inquiries. The house was nice and clean. Loved the shared patio and the private deck. Pulling in our car into the closed garage was a little scary bc it was so narrow but glad there was a designated space.

Family Beach Getaway

Great location with river and beach activities a walk away. Spacious, clean and comfortable for family fun. Loved the access to the paddle boards, beach chairs and fire pit during our visit!

Perfect location. Walked everywhere. Had wonderful dinner at Shadow Brook restaurant. All furniture, kitchen and bathrooms were very high end. Loved are stay.

The house is amazing! The location is right downtown, so you can walk to shops and restaurants. This is my second time renting this property and will be staying again next year.

Amazing location beautiful home

My friends and I stayed at the Oceanview Oasis for a weekend. The home was in beautiful condition, the location was amazing, easy walk and extremely short walk to restaurants and shopping. Would come again every year.

We just spent eight days at this beautiful beach getaway. Definitely want to go back. The lanai was wonderful to sit out on and watch the paddle boarders go buy. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so top notch. The kitchen equipment was very nice and well stocked. We were so comfortable. The garage was nice to have and didn’t have to worry about parking.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really clean and well appointed. The patio is a great place to relax and people watch. The location couldn’t be better to walk to the beach, stroll downtown, and have a meal. A lot of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

Family

Very nice, enjoyed being in Capitola, with family. The house was lovely and roomy. We loved the patio and the area next to the river it was very convenient for our paddle board. The elevator was a plus, especially for our elderly mother. We are looking forward to staying again.

Best view of both the river and the ocean

We totally enjoyed our stay in the upper unit! I took my daughter and 3 nieces for a weekend away-the kitchen has a great layout plus the accordion glass doors in the family room (w/fireplace) open to the River, but being on the 2nd floor we had privacy. Large yard with fire pit on the riverfront closes the evening perfectly!I already want to stay again….

This place was perfect! Close to the water, but far enough to not be in the thick of things. Kitchen had everything we needed. The doors that opened up to the balcony made the whole living room feel like you were outside enjoy the sea air. Paddle boards to use, the young adults went paddle boarding on the river. So much fun! Hallie answered questions right away. I will definitely stay here again!

Making Amazing Memories

We rented this location for my Mother-in-Law’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for her and my kids. Location to the shops, beach, and Shadowbrook is ideal. Once we parked we didn’t need a car at all. Rooms are comfortable and modern. The main living room and deck were the highlight for us. Just sitting on the deck while watching the water and sipping a drink Is 5 stars alone. We will be ba k and as I type this my kids are asking when we are going to come back.
