Awesome Beach House - Walk to Beach

We are located a short five-minute walk to Twin Lakes Beach, the Yacht Harbor and the iconic Crow’s Nest Restaurant and Gift Shop. This is a great scenic spot for lunch and dinner or for morning coffee and a breakfast burrito at Java Junction and El Palomar. There's no better way to start your day than with fresh air, sand in your toes and an up front view of the crashing waves. Deke’s Market located two doors down is perfect for convenience items and also has a great deli. Drive less than 10-minutes to the super cute Capitola Village beach or take the short drive to the Boardwalk and pier. Our location is excellent for family outings, sailing (Chardonnay & O'Neil), kayaking, stand-up paddling jogging, swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, volleyball, evening bonfires, and viewing incredible sunsets.

Our remodeled 1930's beach bungalow offers 3 comfy bedrooms, 1 beautiful bath and a state of the art kitchen. The living area is open and spacious and the private backyard is great for BBQ’s, hanging out and sunbathing.

***STUDIO UNIT***
We regularly have 30 day guests such as traveling nurses and other professionals requiring a longer term stay while in Santa Cruz. This type of unit is not unusual in Santa Cruz! Garage conversions have been approved and encouraged by the City of Santa Cruz since the 1980’s as an unconventional approach to the City’s housing shortage. The house, driveway and yard are for our Vacationing Guests ONLY.

Remodeled house in Twin Lakes area

This was good place for us to stay in Santa Cruz, not far from the beach. Completely remodeled inside. Full kitchen was helpful for cooking in. We would stay here again!

Wonderful home close to the beach!

We had a nice stay in this clean home in an ideal location. The home was as described and the check in and out process was very easy. This was my third time staying in this home and I would do so again.

Great place!

Close to everything. Nicely decorated. Upgraded kitchen and bath. There is an additional studio unit in the lot but it is separated by a fence. We never saw the other renter. Definitely recommend!

Late Summer Stay

Everything was as described, and the private back patio was lovely. We liked being able to walk to the Marina and beaches and only a short drive to all the places we needed to go.

The Perfect Getaway

Wonderful place to stay. The property had everything we needed for my family and I. Lots of kitchenware, adequate toiletries, and very comfortable beds. Checking in and out was a breeze and the best part was being 2 minutes away from the beach! I highly recommend this property& would love to return!

Great house, great location

My sister and I and our kids stayed for a long weekend. The property was as advertised, and provided a great space for us to spend time together. I will definitely look to stay here again on future visits to Santa Cruz.

Perfect beach house

Great location

Want a place to hangout, convenient to beach and food? This is the place. Walk to beach and two yummy restaurants on the beach and have a great getaway! Nice kitchen with eating and cooking space. Super clean too!

Easy, clean and cute

The house was exactly as pictured. It's really clean with nice furnishings and all the items you'd need for your stay (towels, shampoo, laundry, etc.). It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, a 20-second walk to the convenience store, and overall a great location if you're exploring the area. My family enjoyed the home and the owner/manager responded very quickly when I had a question. This is a great rental!

Great remodeled house, close to beach!

We had a great stay at this newer remodeled house. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was designed well and done with nice finishes. Close to the beach and even a small market just two lots away was convenient to keep driving to a minimum.

Comfortable and clean

This is a great house in the perfect location for visitors. The floor plan is open and the rooms are large enough to be comfortable. The decor is beachy and clean. All appliances and furnishings are modern. We really enjoyed our stay.

Adorable house, close to the beach!

This house was adorable and the perfect size for the five of us for a three day trip. The weather didn't cooperate but we were very comfortable hanging out in the house and we all slept comfortably. It was less than a five minute walk to a quiet beach and had everything we needed.

Beautiful beach house

Loved this home. Super clean and new. Nice sized bedrooms. Close to the beach (walking distance), boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. Highly recommend it, and we definitely plan to stay here again if we come visit. Owner responsive and friendly.

cozy little beach cottage

Nice open floor plan, cute and private back patio, and very clean. Easy walk to beach and one of our favorite restaurants , The Crows Nest. Would stay there again , and recommend to other family members. Owners always got back to us within 24 hrs.

Sweet spot to stay

A very well-planned vacation rental within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Easy to do your own meals in the kitchen, dining area, and backyard. Small convenience store nearby. Reasonably quiet street. Very glad we found it!

Great completely updated beach house close to the marina

This beach cottage was perfect for my family. It is completely updated with three bedrooms. The furniture is modern and high quality. The back porch is sweet and has wonderful patio furniture. Sunny was great to deal with! We would totally stay here again!
