Park your car in our private lot and walk to all restaurants and breweries downtown in minutes, or cook your own meals in the equipped kitchen. Queen bed with roll out full size bed trundle. Claw foot tub for soaking with a shower. Roku TV with Netflix, Prime, no cable. Wifi. Close to everything downtown but on a quieter street IN Downtown! Charming 1920's building with efficiency apartment on first floor (upstairs is another rental, some guests may be heavier footed than others) in safe neighborhood. Private parking lot. Walking convenient to all restaurants, breweries, co-op, theater, music venues and more.
All 4 of our rentals are in the same building if needed for large groups. No pets, smoking or parties on premises. Typically we don't have a chance to interact, but love to meet if we pass in the hall. Residential charm, downtown living...Great neighbors! No need for a car! Downtown by foot, Bus station a block away on Coxe Ave. Please be honest with number of guests. Keep noise level respectful of other guests in the building.
