Condo is located near the pool/fitness center/barbeque, but not so close you can hear the noise. It's a short walk to Poipu Shopping Village and restaurants. A few minutes car ride to all the popular Poipu beaches, and historic Koloa Town, and Kukui'iula Shopping Center. This is our family condo. My mom has lived here for a number of years. She loved every minute of her time there and still loves this condo very much. We were fortunate enough to have her move in with us enabling us to share our condo with you.

We love the south shore of Kauai. We have lived here in Koloa for over 20 years. The weather on this side of the island is usually amazing. Sunny most days with cool trade winds blowing. The ocean is warm and inviting. We love Poipu Beach Park. It is the perfect beach. It is wonderful for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and sunbathing. Plus is it super convenient to run across the street to Puka Dogs for a delicious hotdog and some ice-cold lemonade.

We love family vacations. We love having an opportunity to relax and enjoy each other, and not having to worry about having to go anywhere to have fun or relax. We have tried to fill our condo with as many family fun activities as we can. Plus, the pool, fitness center, and BBQ grills are very close, making it easy to incorporate that into family time without having to feel like you are leaving the condo behind.
