There is a beautiful view from this condo, and we had everything that we needed. Communication and check in were smooth. We come to Kauai often and would not hesitate to use this condo again.

We'd stayed in this complex before, and so I knew what to expect. It's a nice place, with a good pool and comfortable rooms.

Ideal location and perfect setup for a family of four. Lots of great additions like beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella. Management company was great to work with. Setup of the space was perfect. Kids loved the pool being right outside. Watched whales from the lanai. Amazing!

This unit is in a great location with a beautiful view. It nicely accommodates a family with 3 adults and 2 young children.It is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The air conditioning system is not working well and the one in the master bedroom was unusable. The shower in the master bathroom leaks as the shower door trim needs to be replaced. The check in/out process is easy.

Staff was attentive to a few needs. One important improvement needed is the a/c in bedroom/living room. It would make a noise every 20 minutes or so which would be a problem for sleeping. Thankfully, nice and cool with trade winds so did not need.

This condo has everything that you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It’s clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cook ware. The beds are comfortable. The views are amazing and we highly recommend this unit.

The condo was super clean. Kitchen has all the needs. And the shared living space was comfortable and spacious. I loved the sliding doors opened wide, being able to see the ocean from the deck, and listening to the waves at night.

Great location!

Comfortable and quiet bedrooms, great location! We had a couple issues, but property manager addressed them promptly. Pool was a nice temp and our kids liked that it was deep enough for diving.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful place. Very thoughtfully set up, very friendly and communicative host, and wonderful location. Be sure to check out the lava arch, just steps away, and Poipu Beach just a few minutes down the road. Lovely!

Aloha, Thank you for your review. Housekeeping was mopping the floor while we were inspected the unit prior to arrival. Given the fact the doors are open to move in luggage and groceries, it is not unusual for the wind to bring in dust, etc. Please note we keep a Swifter in the unit so you can keep the floor up to standard. Absolutely Wonderful Stay!!

This condo is by far the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. It was equipped with everything you need and more. Gorgeous sunset views from the lanai!!

Great location

This place had everything you need. The location was the best part of the place and it had great views of the ocean. Property was exactly as described and everything went pretty smooth.

Excellent stay in Poipu

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very roomy for our family of 6. Well stocked for the vacation - beach chairs and towels, bathroom accessories, kitchen with all kinds of appliances. Easy to relax and great location to go for long walks or to take off and explore Kauai.

Poi’pu Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The property had a good location, free parking, proximity to restaurants and beaches, and was stocked with beach supplies: chairs, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, plenty of towels, etc.

Nice Stay with a View

The property was very nice and well kept. The ocean view was great. It can be a little loud next to the pool at times and most restraunts and shops require you to drive.
