Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway plus 2 vehicles can park on the street. Parking is also available at the clubhouse. Please note: the garage is not available and heavy-duty vehicles are not permitted on this property.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

Resort Access:
• You're provided with complimentary access to the Solana Resort.
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 6pm, year-round.

Solana Resort's Clubhouse is a great spot to relax and have fun, featuring a large heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. • A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, dogs only.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
