The house was super clean and updated with all of the amenities, our host made check-in and out simple and we would highly recommend staying here. Also, the house is in a great location with easy access to I-17, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The house is beautiful. Fully equipped with all the amenities to feel like home. The owner, Sonia, was amazing to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Although we didn’t do any cooking or take advantage of the outdoor kitchen we did appreciate that there is everything you could possibly need to cook. The backyard is awesome from morning coffee listening to the birds singing, to evenings spent under the string lights we spent all our time outside! Just a really wonderful vacation!

Super clean home with a large private back yard in a great location. Host was very informative and accomodating, giving prompt and clear check in and check out instructions. This will be our choice anytime we visit Phoenix in the future. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well equipped. Sonia was very responsive and made us feel welcome. The property is in a great location for everything we wanted to do and see. Having access to the garage was a nice bonus. And what a beautiful backyard!

The place was clean and very inviting. The outdoor space was ideal for our children. The indoor play options were also great! They loved playing pool and foosball. We all had a great time.

We loved our stay at Cute Casa! Not only was it affordable but the house was very clean. It had more than enough room for our group. There were so many amenities here, I really appreciated how family friendly this house was. From the play pen, to the high chair to all of the toys here available for my 9 month old. Check in was easy and communicating with Sonia was a breeze. My family and I will definitely be booking the Cute Casa again in the future!!

This house is in the perfect location for all activities in the Phoenix area. We went to many outdoor dining (hanging out), malls, hikes and so much more. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings in the backyard with multiple comfortable seating options. The house itself had so many high end details, that we felt like we were in a hotel. The host was so helpful with suggestions and any questions we had. We give this rental 5

The house was fine for 2 nights.It was not in the best area ,but we were fine. It is a busy street too. We attended our granddaughters graduation from GCU and her parents were with us. The house got warm at night. The air conditioner seem to have a setting forthe temperature.The house did fit our needs for 2 days and we had a great time celebrating the graduation. We ate out the 2 days and just had a small breakfast at the house.Thank you

Amazing

Hands down the best place we've stayed and between baseball & cheer, we have stayed in a lot of places! An absolutely beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and the host answered quickly. Will definitely keep this listing as a favorite for our next visit.

Comfortable and Clean Property in Central Phoenix

Good value 3 bedroom home with comfortable beds and a game room for kids. Well stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend.

AMAZING!!

I didn’t want to leave ever! Sonia has an amazing beautiful house, very clean, very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is so pretty. This was a perfect vacation stay and I would totally recommend this place. Sonia is also very kind and responds asap. Great host over all. Great place! You won’t regret it!

I loved it. So clean, so organized, so prepared and stocked for any kind of family. I was there for a family wedding. After the event it was an amazing space to relax in. I w as planning on booking it again but the dates were taken. Thank you for this beautiful place that made our trip wonderful.

This was a wonderful location and house for us during our visit to Phoenix. The house is amazing! The kitchen has the beast stock of utensils and dishes that I have ever seen in a VRBO. The rest of the house was quite comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The backyard was a great place for our small children to play. Sonia, the host, is amazing to work with. She was very responsive and attentive to anything we asked from her. We will Definitely stay here again if we travel back to Phoenix! Thank you, Sonia!

Great rental experience

First, I would like to say that the host for the listing was very responsive and communicated everything we needed to do for check-in check out and in between wonderfully. The home was definitely cozy. It didn’t feel like a rental at all. Both the interior and exterior design of the home were very modern, but still instilled a comfy feel. As for the cleanliness of the home, it was Impeccabl. Everything was spotless, and the bedding looked, felt, and smelled very clean. I would also like to mention that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and some seasonings. The listing even had extra bedding and family games in one of the closets. There was also a great backyard for the dogs to run around in. Not to mention a few cool tech. objects. used in the design of the house. The only downside was the Internet didn’t work, but I could’ve reached out to the homeowner for assistance which I did not, it wasn’t a necessity for me. Overall, this is a great home to rent if you’re planning on staying in Phoenix, there are a few quirks here and there as there would be with any home but nothing to major. I would still give this a five out of five.
