Unique place with so many interesting qualities

We loved the place! Enjoyed the decks and hottub. Kitchen well stocked. Bed very comfortable. Easy to get uber/lyft. Close to old town Co Springs. Would stay again!

Beautiful concept, fun architecture, and such a unique space! We loved the location, quiet street, and lovely views. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our three-night stay. The biggest problem was the AC. The thermostat was restricted, preventing us from lowering the temperature enough to cool the bedrooms. We contacted management and were told to open the windows, but the bedrooms have no windows that open. They eventually allowed us to lower the temperature two additional degrees, but the AC still couldn’t adequately cool the house. We spent all three nights sweating and sleeping poorly. There was also a significant roof leak in the front bedroom, with a bucket catching water and visible damage to the wall, floor, and door, suggesting a longstanding issue. The ceiling continued dripping throughout our stay. On our final night, we discovered the dryer wasn’t working, and maintenance was already aware. There were also no dishwasher pods, despite checkout instructions requiring us to run the dishwasher. We genuinely loved the property’s design and potential, but the ongoing maintenance issues and lack of comfortable sleeping conditions were disappointing. With proper attention to these problems, this could be an amazing rental. We were offered small discount and one hour late checkout. Checkout is also TEN am. Arrived back at facility to check out and maintenance and cleaners were there.

Art and Mountains

The home was beautiful! It was like living in an art museum. You can tell a lot of thought and time went into planning and building the home. The views were great as well! Seeing the stars at night was fantastic! The neighborhood was a little rundown so the home felt out of place. The home was very clean and it was very easy to communicate it the management.

Refreshing

The house was immaculate, the service was impeccable. I cannot say enough good things about the host and the home. They allowed me to check-in early with no hassle. Last minute, booking, no problem, very informative and patient. I will stay again.

Five-Star Stay – Unique Design, Great Amenities, Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay at this custom-built A-frame home! The craftsmanship throughout was incredible—everything from the vanities to the upcycled wood floors (sourced from the Coors beer factory!) made this place truly unique. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had fantastic amenities, including a hot tub, grill, cornhole, and swings. The location was perfect—close to all the activities we had planned in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind, comfortable, and well-located stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This was such a fun place to stay! Very unique and plenty of room for adults and children alike. I really enjoyed reading about the history of the home. It is obvious that a lot of care went into how the house was built and the amenities that were included with it. Our daughter and her best friend enjoyed the hot tub on multiple nights and took advantage of the hammock to sunbathe during the day.The location was perfect! We went to Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City, took the Cog Railway up to Pikes Peak, and took a day trip to both the Royal Gorge and Denver to ‘Beat the Bomb’. We even conquered the Manitou Incline! All of these were conveniently located to this beautiful home, or were a simple day trip to nearby fun! We are already dreaming of when we can go back!We did have issues with the main refrigerator which was an inconvenience, but they were very receptive to getting us assistance and following up to ensure it was working better after maintenance came (twice) to address the issue. The dryer was also not working, but this was communicated up front, so we knew it was something that wasn’t working and we chose to book anyway. We appreciated the proactive communication and packed more clothes so that we didn’t have to do laundry.I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in Colorado Springs! Rest assured, even if there are issues, the management company is incredibly helpful in attempting to get them resolved quickly.

Overall, five adults and one child under 2 were very comfortable in the house. It's very unique and will be a memorable experience for the family. With three whole bathrooms and one half bathroom, it met everyone's needs. There was one issue with the house which should of been attended to prior to our visit. In the bedroom near the street, after rain on our first day, rain leaked into the bedroom on each side of the bed. The wood floor was severely warped from previous rains (about two inches high, yes a safety issue walking to the bathroom). I only stubbed my toes once (ouch). The warped wood probably took many weeks to develop.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful A-Frame home in Colorado Springs to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was truly amazing and what made it extra special was how thoughtfully curated it was - every interior detail seemed to have its own story, which added such a unique charm to our stay.The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and I absolutely loved having the vanity area to get ready each morning. But the real highlight for me was the rooftop balcony - it became my favorite spot for morning coffee with stunning views of both the mountains and downtown Colorado Springs. There's something magical about starting your day with that scenery!The location couldn't have been better - perfectly situated between Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, and right by Old Colorado City, which made exploring the area so convenient. We also loved spending some lazy time in the top floor entertainment area watching movies together.This A-Frame home was honestly one of my favorite parts of our entire anniversary trip. The combination of the unique architecture, thoughtful details, amazing views, and perfect location made for an unforgettable stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Colorado Springs area!

Booked the A-Frame rental in Colorado Springs and they cancelled our booking HOURS prior to check-in. I had already paid, filled out pre check-in forms, provided all guest info, received a day-of check-in text then received a message and call from Kaitlyn letting me know that a “major problem” had come up and the property was no longer available. She offered other properties but for less occupancy limits. When I stated I needed a place to accommodate 10 people (4 adults, 6 kids), she said the house I booked was for 6 people. I provided screenshots of where the listing clearly stated the occupancy was up to 10. It was extremely stressful to have to pivot and find other accommodations while waiting for her to “look for other available rentals”. I also asked what the “major problem” was and she did not say. Should she had been transparent about the reason, I would have been more understanding and forgone leaving the lowest rating possible.

This is a very unique design, inside and out. We loved the layout and decor of the home. The kitchen was super nice. Open layout on ground floor. Upstairs had a nice design where modern meets old world charm. We had an issue with the laundry dryer on our stay, but the host was very responsive on the matter and we had great communication throughout the trip, before and after. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay and our family vacation was amazing. Thank you!!
