We really enjoyed our stay with these wonderful hosts. They were quick to answer any thing I asked and checked in with us during our stay. The home was perfectly located near Garden of the Gods and all of the activities we planned on seeing during our trip. The home itself was clean and decked out with new appliances and cook wear. The backyard with hot tub and fire pit overlooking downtown was a great place to relax after a day on the go. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Overall a great stay. A cozy little house that is convenient to all of Colorado Springs and great views from the back yard. No issues with noise from the family staying in the lower level of the home. There was one issue with the trash which the management company had cleared up the next day. Communication was easy and generally prompt.

What an awesome space! The views were to die for, and the accommodations were relaxing. We loved the hot tub, the big beds, the convenient location, and again the most spectacular city AND mountain views.

The property was a perfect spot for our family vacation in Colorado Springs. The communication with the property management was excellent. The views from the backyard were stunning. The property has everything you need as a home away from home. We would book again!

Traveled with my husband and son. House was perfect for us. We were able to make lunches to pack for the day & nice dinners in the kitchen as well as grill. And after a day of hiking the hot tub was amazing!

The place was amazing, especially the views in the day and at night. The backyard with family and grilling out was the best part of this trip.

Good veiw hot tub, rained a lot while we were there feel like the backyard is the highlight but yhe inside is nice has a good kitchen. Great place to get a taste of colorado springs

Fantastic Stay’

My husband and I stayed here for a week before our wedding and it was just the perfect stay for us. Great location, nice backyard space, very clean and well decorated. We definitely plan on coming back here in the future!

Great view and location!

My family and I had the best time at this house! It was clean, cute and has the most amazing outdoor space and views. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the hosts were very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

They change the location of the last minute saying that there was issues with the plumbing and put us in a basement without a kitchen without any of the amenities that I paid for for this property and I was taking a long time to get all my money back that they were supposed to reimburse so I'm still waiting but VRBO is amazing and they are very good with their money guarantee and their customer guarantee

This was our second stay at this property. They renovated last year and now charge for parking and breakfast. The king room is spacious and we had a nice Mountain View. No complaints.

Great Family Stay

Our family rented this property for Parents weekend at Air Force Academy. Great blend of being close to down town Colorado Springs and the Academy. Fully furnished with what we needed in the kitchen. The board games were a great touch and we definitely made use of them. Backyard fire pit and grill made for a memorable BBQ outing.

Horrible horrible customer service, do not recommend!

Started off with not being able to even enter the property for 30 min after arriving due to the smart lock having dead batteries and getting the runaround from the service the VRBO owner uses. I finally demanded a code for the key to the lock box to gain access. It took maintenance 3 days to even show up to replace batteries and that required multiple emails to get that done. In the meantime, we found out the dryer didn’t work after doing a couple of loads of laundry so we had to hang dry laundry outside in between thunderstorms. Maintenance finally showed up to fix the dryer while we were out, no communication from anyone thought it was fixed only to do another load and have a flood because maintenance guy failed to put the drain hose on the washer back in the drain! Still no dryer fixed our entire stay. Aside from the main catastrophes, beds were uncomfortable for all in our party and everyone complained that when one person got up during the night that the whole bed rocked and woke the other person up. Also, most of the doors had to be slammed to get them to shut and latch because they rubbed so hard on the frames, very loud. Sink was plugged up with leaves, liquid soap was put in foam dispenser, conditioner dispenser didn't work, and the internet kept disconnecting from tvs making you reenter passwords everytime you used them. Overall, unless you can predict not having a single issue come up or enjoy the headache of dozens of emails back and forth, look elsewhere.

The entire place was clean upon arrival. The host was readily available to communicate with anything that came up during my stay. Location was perfect and close to downtown with a spectacular view of the city.

This place is beautiful! The home itself is clean, comfortable and has a washer and dryer which is a plus. The back yard has beautiful views looking out over the city and also included a hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, and a grill. My husband, son (17), daughter (11) and I enjoyed our evenings out back. I really cannot think of one thing that we disliked. The host is easy to communicate with if anything is needed. We would definitely stay here again.
