This place was fantastic. The view of the mountain from the hot tub looks way bigger and better in person than in google maps. It felt very cozy and the fireplace was nice. Anywhere you drive around the area is beautiful with amazing mountain views. There was a lot to do and explore within just a 10 minute radius.

Hot tub was very clean. Fire place heated up quickly- but the glass had something wrong so didn't look as pretty as it could of been.

Enjoyed our stay there, which included my 20 something college student son and daughter. Terrific location, terrific view, saw a number of elk, deer (including a fawn:)), bull moose. obviously the Estes Park scene is super. Went into the park several times, the closest entry point about 1 mile away. Also rented a four wheeler for several hours in the Shoshone national Forest just west of the park on one of the days. Amazing but thought provoking seeing the devastation from the 2020 fire that almost took Estes Park but for salvation by a fortuitous snowstorm. Accommodations were very nice, the hot tub on the deck overlooking the river was a welcoming respite each night. We did not use the gas fireplace, but I could see loving it on a cool or cold evening. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent! Will return!

This place was better than expected! Futon couch has been upgraded to a pull-out couch which the children were comfortable sleeping on. Unit is downstairs. We loved the hot tub which seemed brand new. Incredible views from the porch and the hot tub! We used the kitchen quite a bit. Knives were dull but at least they had a couple. Could have used a cheese grader and steam basket but otherwise kitchen had what we needed. We will return!
