Great apartment with all the amenities needed for a solo stay. Bed was firm (as I like it), great AC for warm summer days, and full sized washer and dryer. Location is unbeatable if you’re keen to be near the water front and the greenway path.

The space was even more spacious than pictured, comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect for all you could want to do in central Burlington. Will definitely stay again

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was neat, clean, and used space very efficiently. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a lovely stay and am looking forward to going back.

The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to access with convenient parking. The location made it easy to return to the apartment throughout the day as we went sightseeing. While we did not use the laundry, it was a nice-to-have if our trip had been longer. Host was communicative and helpful. Thank you!

The studio is ideally located and larger than it appears in the photos. Very clean and reasonably struck, and it was great to have access to laundry. Fantastic location, one block off the water and the train station and all of downtown. Errin was a great communicator and helped to make our stay very pleasant.

Errin was so responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. The apartment was lovely, clean, in a great location, and very quiet. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s even cuter in person! I LOVED having a kitchen and a washing machine available. I would 100% stay again.

The location is great, close to the waterfront, shops, restaurants, etc. Although the bed was comfortable, my one complaint is the pillows need to be replaced.

Great communication and the location just cant be beat - right by the lake and walking distance to breweries, bars and restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

This is a great place right by the waterfront. It's in a historic building also. I suggest you rent an electric bike from Local Motion bikes, which is right across the street, and do the bike trail. The studio apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig and lots of pods. Comfortable bed. Reserved off street parking. Close to good restaurants and bakeries. It's comparable in price to any good hotel in Burlington, so why not stay in the best location, and have total privacy?

We had a big issue upon arrival with how hot it was. I would have expected the apartment to be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival, but the A/C was not even turned on. To make this worse, it was also during a heat wave - making the apartment even hotter as it was on the 2nd floor. We had to leave the apartment after we turned the A/C on and change a lot of our plans because we were at risk of overheating if we stayed there. The host took awhile to respond to messages during the stay. The apartment itself was tidy and neat, but the stairs to go up to the apartment were not very clean. Overall the location of this apartment was excellent and the amenities provided were optimal. However, better preparation for guests would make future guest’s stays more enjoyable.

The property was exceptional very clean well maintained and in a perfect location. It was in walking distance to many restaurants we were there for a four day celebration of our wedding anniversary and took the Amtrak which was roughly 400 feet from the front door of the apartment. The restaurants we ate at were all half a block from the apartment with the exception of the church st area which was a 3 block stroll up Main Street. The apartment itself was like new in every respect the bed was comfortably firm. The shower is new and just like it is pictured online all the appliances are new. This was so perfect I am still pinching myself to see if it was a dream. If we decide to go back to Burlington in nicer weather times this is where I would love to stay.

This apartment was a mixed bag for us. The space was generally clean, with the exception of the entry patio/front door area and the entry stairs. Those spaces could use a little love. Once in the apartment, though, the space is clean and use of the washing machine and dryer is a nice plus. The bed and pillows are comfortable and there are blackout shades to manage the morning light. The kitchen part of the room is nicely done, with higher end fridge, sink and stove, which is nice. One big drawback to this apartment, though, is the noise. The floor and walls are quite thin, so we could hear the downstairs residents quite clearly in the evening and in the morning.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Burlington. It was very clean and perfectly located to walk to the waterfront and to Church Street. Erin was great. Would highly recommend!

il manquait quelque arcticle de cuisine et seulement 2 debarbouilette pour 5 jours et ou deposer les vidange mais le reste etait parfait. le lit etait tres comfortable la cuisiniere etait neuf et le frigo aussi ect. bien situer pres des attrait formidable.
