We vacation in Pensacola Beach often, and this was one of our favorite places we've stayed. The location is perfect, right in the sound and directly across the street from a gulf beach access. It was clean and well stocked with all the the supplies we needed to have a comfortable stay!

We loved the sitting area with great view of the bay. Dock and small beach were nice and having the beach crossing in front of the property was a plus.The 2 extra bedrooms were smaller than expected and wish their bathroom was accessible from the rooms.

Excellent location, roomy with great outdoor space. It’s closer to the beach than many condos I have rented that were on the beach. Directly across the street and there you are . Close to some of the best restaurants in the area, you are on the same road the fort is on. We willBe back .

We had a great stay at this gem. Perfect family getaway with lots of amenities and close proximity to all Pensacola Beach has to offer and pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, Great Location

We love the very close access to the beach and restaurants! Perfect for a family to enjoy some time off from work. The puzzle added an extra enjoyment, the kids completed it, though there were two pieces missing. It was a wonderful stay.

It was the perfect set up for our family. The dock in the back was great for fishing and the beach right across the street was so convenient. It’s a 3 story condo so if you have a problem with stairs it’s not for you. But other than that we had a great time. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay again.

The Treehouse location was fantastic! The view was marvelous! Property was nice. All family members enjoyed the stay. A few housekeeping items could have been better, but overall very nice. The carpet looked as if it needed a cleaning, the kitchen lights were uncovered leaving you to look at the exposed fixtures. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of warm water for us all to clean up after a day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and we felt very relaxed on the furniture. I would stay again.

The panel in the over head light in Kitchen was missing. The fan on the lower level was hanging by wires. A large crack in the mirrored closet doors of the queen bedroom.

Loved the location! Quick walk to the beach. Several stairs in the unit but several sitting areas and views of the sound and ocean. Unit was clean and well equipped.

The condo was nice, except it needed a thorough cleaning! We were fairly close to shops and restaurants. The views and access to the beach and Bay were wonderfull!
