This charming property is ideal for entertaining with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful, spacious indoor & outdoor dining areas. Offering a custom primary bed and bath plus 3 additional large bedrooms. Gather around 2 indoor fireplaces or the custom-built outdoor fireplace/grill/pizza oven on the outdoor flagstone patio.

The Space:
This property features a propane grill that comes with propane for guests to use. We also have a wood-burning fire pit and a pizza oven in the backyard area that guests are allowed to use. Spatula for pizza oven can be found in kitchen cabinet drawer to the very bottom left (when standing at the sink). Streaming services are available.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Guest Access:
We will provide you with check in instructions the evening before arrival. The property is on a lockbox and can be entered at any time after 3pm the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Rio Del Mar Beach is approximately a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk from the house.
Seascape Resort is approximately a 6 minute drive from the house.

Forgot Something? No Problem!
We realize sometimes items are left behind. It happens! We are happy to ship them to you for a $25 admin fee plus applicable shipping charges. Unfortunately, this is more common than you think. As a result, we have to charge a fee for the service to have our staff coordinate. As a good rule of thumb, we suggest checking all drawers, closets, storage spaces and underneath the beds and dressers to ensure you have everything. Enjoy your stay and know that if you leave something behind, we got you covered.

For pizza oven: Pizza oven spatula can be found in the kitchen cabinet drawer to the very bottom left (when standing at the sink)
