House 33 with Hot Tub

Fridge power failure was thought to be resolved on the same day of the report. The second failure was reported upon checkout otherwise I feel we could have resolved that issue sooner. The issue was a power failure to two outlets in the kitchen which was resolved by a reset. From our records, the bbq tank was also reported after the replacement by the guest. There were some sunken pool toys our pool guy could not remove from the bottom of the pool. Bill cleans the pool Tuesday and Thursdays weekly. Beyond kind and patient guest! - Management

Thanks for the review! The filter system is located in the locked closet adjacent the pool. Locked because there are chemicals and pressure valves that can be dangerous. The sauna works and heats to 160 degrees in the room, directions provided but in person assistance is provided upon request. Glad you still had a good time. We appreciate the detailed list and are following up on the maintenance items you mentioned. During your stay, you requested additional time at the property, and we were happy to accommodate a late checkout until 3 PM. Unfortunately, these concerns were not brought to our attention until after that extended checkout. Our local team is available throughout a stay, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address many of these items while you were still at the home. For future guests, the outdoor hot tub is the advertised spa amenity and was operating during this stay. The indoor pool and sauna are not advertised amenities. Hello Bonnie, 2 Stars, ouch, we have got to do better. We'll be sharpening the knives this week, preforming a deep cleaning and repairing the toilet seat. As for the shower in the pool room, I'm sure it's in need of a snaking due to sand build up. Regarding Housekeeping, very important topic. The processes begins with a through spraying of the property, we cover every square foot of surfaces space and airspace with professional grade disinfectant fog. We have two seasoned housecleaners preform the general cleaning. At times there will be one person finishing the moping on their way out the front door. Very sorry they were late to finish.
