The property was beautiful and a great location. The house is appropriately equipped and nicely arranged for a beach stay. We enjoyed the spacious family room/dining area for our dinners and evenings together...such a spectacular view!

Pet friendly for my two pupsHost was accessible and reached out multiple times. Right in the beach with water under the house at high tidesThere were multiple roaches we had to deal with. I have never stayed in a house where I was expected to make the beds.

We had a small family reunion! It was perfect for what we needed. High tide was an experience! The views are awesome!

The property was perfect and we loved the location. The view was awesome and literally stepping into the ocean off the deck was great. But a couple things need a little attention. The sliding door on the 3rd level came off twice. We were able to get it back on track, but it does need some work. Also, the gas grill has a non-functional burner. Still usable, but, again, needs some work. The rental agency provides very minimal towels. One bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person, no more, no less. And only 2 kitchen towels. Could have used a couple more. We realized we had to supply our own "supplies", but would have been nice to have at least one dishwasher soap dose. One roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided in an "amenity bag", for which there was a 5 charge on itemized receipt! Also, the property description states the rate includes one pet. We were surprised to see a 300 fee included on itemized receipt. I know it's picky, but there was a liquid soap in each bathroom, but at least one had just water! The description does warn that 4-wheel drive may be needed. Tides weren't high enough during our stay for water to be a problem; however the road to the property was very deep sand and we had to help push out a couple area guests who got buried.
