We enjoyed Watercolor and this property. We would like to be closer in to Camp Watercolor and the Beach Club. The kitchen was well stocked, floors could have been cleaner. Beds are a little hard and kitchen a little small. Communication with this property was great. Watercolor’s website and communication could use some improvement, especially regarding pool openings. The opening of Camp Watercolor is really late for what you pay to stay here, should open earlier for owners so that the Camp opens by 10 (which was what was advertised) for renters. Golf cart is a must in Watercolor. I do like renting through VRBO. All-in-all we really enjoyed our stay.

I’m sorry the floors weren’t as clean as they should be and that the beds felt too firm — I’ve shared these items with housekeeping and maintenance so they can address cleaning standards and evaluate mattress comfort. We’ve also noted the kitchen size and layout for future guest information. We appreciate your feedback about WaterColor’s website and the late Camp/pool openings. I’ve passed your comments along to the property and community teams so they can review published hours and guest communications.
