House was beautiful, clean and great kitchen cookware and variety of utensils. We loved everything. We definitely will rent again.

The location was great..steps to the beach. The house layout and cleanliness was amazing. We had a few minor house issues, breaker going out, light fixture broken but all issues taken care of within 12 hours. We requested grilling tools for gas grill our first night in and re requested several times but they never were provided so ended up using silicone kitchen tools worked but not ideal. But overall good response.

Antigua Sunsets

The location of this house cannot be beat. The views are as if you are sitting in the water out some of the windows. Everything is new. There is so much space. You are right on the beach. The one thing that would be a helpful addition is a book of some sort available with all the pertinent information a guest might need - elevator instructions, wifi, etc. There were a few issues that needed to be tweaked because it was so new but nothing major. The property managers were very responsive and came out to deal with elevator issues on a major holiday so no complaints there at all. We loved it!

Our stay was awesome — everything was great, and we really enjoyed the property.The only two recommendations I would have are around the elevator and the internet system:The elevator can be a little tricky to operate at times. It may help to provide a more detailed set of instructions, including how to reset it if needed.Internet was also tricky as it uses a Starlink system where resetting the router, we had to call a technician. I would recommend some type of detailed instructions on how to do that as well. Once it was rebooted, it worked fine.Overall, though, we had a great experience and really appreciated the stay. Thank you again!
