A very place to stay

The condo and complex were great. The condo’s tv set up was different and a slight pain to work with, but besides that, everything was great. The front desk at the complex wouldn’t provide us towels for the pool though, so you should bring your own.

Great vacation

The condo and view were great, the space we needed as a family was also awesome and gaving a washer/dryer and full kitchen worked great for us. The location was great. Owner was fast with his response.

Wonderful stay!

First time staying with this room but second time staying at this resort and it was wonderful! Check in process went smoothly and room was great! The view was amazing! Perfect view of the sunrise every morning and watching and listening to the waves at night was so soothing. Room was clean and everything we hoped for. Two pools and a lazy river kept the kiddos entertained. A few steps from the beach. And the resort had activities scheduled for different days to keep everyone entertained. Would stay again.

It was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The condo was beautiful, clean and huge. It was perfect for our family of 5. My grandson loved it and didn't want to come home. He said he really wanted to come back here someday. Thanks again Brian for a wonderful vacation.

Ocean Walk amenities were great and as listed. This was our second time to Ocean Walk. The condo was just ok. The positive was the view was great. We had trouble checking in as the front desk did not have our reservations and we had to contact the owner to get them sent over. That took about 30 minutes. A dirty towel was left on the couch and the livingroom furniture could use some vacuuming due to crumbs and dirt build up. Fridge and freezer took 3 days to get cool. We were afraid our groceries were going to spoil. Was told the ice machine worked and it only made 3 cycles the whole week. The owner did not seem to care about that just said it takes 24 hours to get to temp. No response to message sent again to the owner after 24 hours and fridge/freezer was not cool. Could not get the tv to sign into any apps. Wash machine would not work. We didn't even try to send the owner a message about the washer as they would more than likely would not respond. Had to take lights from one bathroom to another as there was only one in the bathroom and you could hardly see in the mirror. We will go back to Ocean Walk but will not stay with this property owner.

Nice place but lacked in entertainment.

Overall we enjoyed our stay except there was not much as far as entertainment and a lot of places nearby at the Ocean Shoppe have closed their doors. Somewhat uncomfortable walking at night with all the homeless people.

Wonderful Week for the Daytona 500 2019

Had a lovely time in this unit with our nephew and his wife during the Daytona 500. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Lucked out with warmer than normal temperatures so got to enjoy the beach as well as hanging by the pools and using the hot tubs. Centrally located so we walked everywhere we needed to go. They even had a convenient shuttle that we utilized for the Daytona 500 (reasonably priced and great service). Thank you!

Mother In Laws 60th

We booked this stay in March of 2025 for June 2025. About 24 hours prior to us checking in, I received an email stating the owner of the property was going to be staying in his unit, that I rented and paid in full for but they would move me to another unit that was "similar" I was moved and I was not happy... The unit did not have the full view that we had paid for. I paid for complete ocean front. This had one master balcony with the ocean front, one side view of the "lazy river" and one balcony with a lovely view of the parking lot... Also, the third balcony had NO furniture on it at all. There were two cockroaches in the unit, broken furniture and the main TV in the livingroom would not work properly. Also in the second bedroom, the fan could not stay on at night cause the ceiling light had to be on for the fan to be on and we could not take out the bulb because we had to unscrew the cover and did not have a screwdriver. There were what looked to be "poop" on three of the walls in the master bedroom. The management company did send up housekeeping to clean this issue and that was taken care of. The closet in the second bedroom was not on track at all and just "sitting" there. My 6 year old opened it and it fell on her, luckily she moved just in time and it hit the bed and not her. For the amount of money we paid, the resort itself was lovely but the room was NOT worth it, at all. Not to mention the check in process was a lot of running around back and forth.

Pool is a problem

The property was beautiful! The condo itself was a little outdated but very clean. The pool was a problem. There aren’t enough chairs for the amount of people using it. We were told there would be towels at the pool. Towels are no longer handed out. We had to go buy 4 towels to use for the week. People would try and save towels. Security removed the towels and the people who saved those seats would get upset and angry if they found you sitting in them. There were no beach chairs provided by the resort or the owners. We bought 4 chairs and left them there for the next vacationers. All in all the views were worth the glitches. It is also very centralized and you can walk for drinks or dinner. We would go back

Updates

The place needed some updating. The furniture needs cleaned and refreshed. The beds were hard and the pillows need replaced. On a good note,, the place was set up nice and the kitchen had a nice supply.

We traveled with our family of 7, for our first visit to Daytona Beach. The facility is clean and our room was great. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a lot to do, onsite, as in pools, fitness center, arcade etc. That is where the positives end. Check in was a nightmare. When you arrive on the property, there is practically nowhere to park to check in. It was a traffic jam, as other guests were piling in, and others were trying to get out. We were pushed to hurry and get out of the way. Though it was our first time visiting, we got no information on the facility, amenities, procedures etc. It was basically, "Here are your bands, go park in the deck". Which leads to my second issue: parking. There is no parking lot. We were told to park in a deck, that is not adequate for golf carts, let alone SUVs. Also, the parking lot has a DEAD END, making it extremely stressful, when you reach that point, without finding a space to park. There is a LOT of traffic in the deck, making exiting or entering difficult. The deck is too small, and has too much traffic. It was the most dangerous, stressful part of our vacation. You are constantly worried about hitting another car, or the wall, etc. Finally we came in 2 vehicles. We had to park one vehicle across the street. This was an issue during check in. We couldnt unload our vehicles at the door....because of the traffic jam and being rushed by security. But when we pulled both vehicles into the deck, to unload....THERE WAS NOWHERE TO GO. We parked one vehicle and STOPPED THE OTHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DECK TO UNLOAD IT. To summarize. Good room, lots to do onsite Check in and parking were unacceptable. We will never come back.

Great location

The location is perfect and the owners are very responsive. The condo was clean and spacious. The master bedroom furniture is very dated and old but other than that the condo itself was great. The check in process and parking situation deserve zero stars. Front desk associates are so rude and not helpful at all except for the baggage man who was super nice! For a Wyndham property I cannot believe the level of rudeness with check in and the entire front desk people. This alone would probably stop me from coming back. This is not a reflection of the condo as I said it’s nice and the owners are great to work with. But, the staff from Wyndham needs to get their check in process and parking act together. Nobody wants to start a vacation off with rude people.

This condo was amaaaaaazeeeeeballsssss !!! Everything was perfect for me & my boyfriend. Although we didn’t need the 2nd bedroom, we made the most of every amenity in the condo! I love that this unit is ducked off in the corner. Man I wish I would’ve invited friends to enjoy! Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning did not allow me to want to go home. Home for me is Miami which is super popular but this place was breathtaking! Thank you for allowing my boyfriend & I to stay at your property! We’ll definitely be back soon. I can’t complain about ANYTHING!!! everything was perfect!!! Best unit in the resort thank you guys!!! I can go on & on (:

Condo was perfect for our family vacation

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was perfect- lots of room for the six of us. Ocean view was amazing! Check-in and out was easy. Owners responded very promptly with any questions. Definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting Daytona again.

Great Vacation

I took my 2 adult sons to Bike Week this past week for a 5 night trip. Accommodations were perfect. Fantastic location with easy walking distance to Main Street. Unit is spacious, comfortable, well appointed, and with an expansive balcony that provides an incredible view of the ocean from the 22nd floor. Plentiful seating in common area, with two bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to cook and serve meals. Unit is clean. Check-in was flawless, as all I had to do was provide my name and driver's license at the front desk. We did not use the pool or common jacuzzi, as weather was still a bit cool in mid-March. Appliances work well. HVAC unit works well. Elevators were quick. Beds were comfortable. Linens and towels were good. Would book again.

The room was great but when I checked in I had to walk out like an IDIOT. Then when I checked out they could not find me again. Room great. Service from VRBO great. One call and when I came back I was almost checked in. Make sure they know who is checking in. Thanks Rich

It was a very clean condo! It was within walking distance to Main Street , the owners, of the condo.

The only problem is the parking.. They gave everyone one parking spot, ( which was fine) but I really think they should have the parking numbered on the cement, then when you rent your room they should give you a number to where you should park.. There were people that I know did not have a parking and they were using two or three parking spots....we came in at 10:00pm one night. and there were no parking spaces , we paid for our condo , parking was to be added in there.. we ended up parking with two other motorcycles, so there ended up being four motorcycles in one parking spot.. so If you have a number for parking, to your room, if someone else is parked there, then they should be towed away.. that would stop people from using more parking then they were supposed to.

Relax

We came here for a few days after four days in the Orlando parks and it was exactly as I had hoped. It’s a little dated but immaculate! Plenty of space, perfect location excellent sunrise views. There was a huge car show this week that we were not aware of, lots of drag racing and car noise on the road....but being on the beach side of the building, we heard nothing but ocean waves. The facility offers a lot to do...or doing nothing at all, depending on what you want. I would definitely book this unit again.
