This highly upgraded 2 bedroom condo is all on one level with no stairs in the unit. It is located on the second floor which provides for an open living area with vaulted ceilings. The living area features comfortable leather seating for all of your guests, a flat screen TV and a dining table that accommodates 6. The main bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached ensuite with a double sink and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and is adjacent to the guest bathroom which has a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes includes everything you need to prepare any meal and is open to the dining and living area. There is also an attached screened in porch with comfortable seatings to enjoy the outdoors in any season.
This villa includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart and 4 beach towels to make your trips to the beach a breeze. Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, your vacation destination awaits at 7204 Treetops, Pet Friendly there is a $195 fee per stay for your pet. Dogs only - 50lb maximum.
Located in S Forest Beach, you are just a short 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which features shops, restaurants and entertainment, Low Country Celebration Park and Coligny Beach Park.
The Ocean Breeze / Treetops complex includes 3 pools, open April 1 through September 30th, tennis court and free on premises parking. Parking permits are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day and must remain visible in your car.
