Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful beach house! The house is spacious, well laid out, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean! Primehook is off the beaten path, so we enjoyed a quiet stay, not overwhelmed by lots of people around. The house is right on the beach of the Delaware Bay and the front of the house faces the bay marsh of the wildlife refuge, so the views from both are beautiful! It doesn't take long to get to Milton or Lewes, so access to restaurants and stores are within a reasonable distance. The only issue we had was with some biting flies on the beach, so bring good insect repellant in case they are around when you visit. I highly recommend this wonderful beach home!!

Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home with amazing views of both the bay and the marsh. The sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal, and we loved watching the dolphins swim by each morning. There are several decks and an enclosed porch where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet that this home has to offer. The open layout on the main level of the house was very welcoming and had enough seating for large families or groups. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as games, books and beach gear. The ping pong table was a fun bonus! We did notice that some of the areas of the house could have been cleaned a little better--the showers and toilets were not as clean as we would have liked and the refrigerator was a little dirty as well. It would have been helpful to have more detailed information regarding which door had the key pad as it took us a few minutes to figure that out. The property management company was very responsive when we reached out with concerns about not being able to lock the front door. He told us that the home had a hurricane lock and explained what we needed to do to lock it. Perhaps that information can be added to the house info as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home.
