The apartment was perfect for my friends and I when we visit in Nashville! Super close to everything the host was great with communication and we will definitely stay again in the future

Great location but was disappointed in the air mattress counting as a bed for two people to sleep. Would have had to move furniture to actually use the air mattress. Not sure I would count the unit as sleeps 8 unless there is clarification in the listing.

The location was walking distance to 4th Ave so that part was nice however, the place was like staying on a cruise ship. The pictures make it look spacious but it was anything but! The hall was very narrow and the hall bathroom was very tiny. The master bathroom was spacious but that's about it. My biggest issue was with the beds. The place says it sleeps 8 but did not say 2 of the sleeping spots was a queen sized blow up mattress. It specifically said there is a queen bed in the living room. I would never have booked this place to have one person sleep on the couch and the other in the dog bed area. We did not use the queen blow up bed. I messaged the host about it and they sent screenshots saying it was a queen blow up mattress but I could not find that anywhere in the description. It would be ok to sleep 6 but don't expect a lot of room.

Such a great location! Walking distance to Broadway and so much more. The property was just as it looked. The number of people it sleeps was a bit confusing at first but we found a blow up mattress that could be used in the living room area. Check out the utility closed when you first enter the unit. You’ll find the extra items you may need. Beds and pillows are comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding items. Overall we were really pleased.

The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was great. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star is that the wifi was not working. It’s like it would come off and on, and when it was on the signal was too weak to load anything on the TV. If the wifi gets fixed this is a must stay in Nashville.

Beautiful decor, perfect location. Love the double locking doors. Great set up of everything you need. We had to text to get the second door code but they responded immediately. Small issue with the air conditioner in second bedroom. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Would rent again!

Overall stay was great! Easy walk to some prominent places. There was paid parking the next block over, which was nice. Only issue we had was the apartment door code didn’t work. But they were quick to respond and we were able to get in in no time!

Overall, we had a good time. It was super close to Broadway. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. The few small issues we had were that of the trash not being emptied from the previous guests. There was another issue of the online listing saying that there’s a queen bed in the living room, but it turns out it’s just an air mattress that you have to blow up, we also ended the trip by finding a cockroach in the living room. Finally, the overall property was decent, the walls are super thin, you can hear all the neighbors and the business next door. We still had a great time and made the most of it.

Modern, clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk to Broadway, or the Nissan stadium. Great location. Loved it! Would choose again.The checkin process was difficult because we were not given the correct code for our unit. It likely wont happen to you, and it was remedied within an hour. We did have to wait foe an entire hour, however,, for a call back and to get into our unit. It was worth it, very nice place. First world problem :)
