Welcome to this modern 2 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom row home located in the heart of the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Designed for hip, urban living by award winning architect Jonathan Segal, this offering features high ceilings with full floor windows, living room with dining nook, A/C, attached 1 car garage & sleeps 6 (4 adults max). No pets - except a single small dog would be considered in connection with a long term (30+ day) stay. *This home does NOT come with Live TV. There are streaming apps available.

MAIN LEVEL
As you step into this modern urban retreat, you'll be greeted by floor to ceiling windows & soaring ceilings. The living room features a plush sleeper sofa & SMART TV. The open floor plan is seamless as you can see the dining area for 4, and the fully stocked kitchen features high end matte black appliances. Just off the kitchen is the back deck. Rounding out this space is a half bath.

TOP LEVEL
From the main living area, go up the stairs to the primary bedroom area complete with a Queen bed, ensuite full bath (shower), walk in closet with washer/dryer, SMART TV, desk area & Juliet balcony. *Note this is a loft area without a door and overlooks the living room.

BOTTOM LEVEL
From the main living area, go down the stairs to the quietest bedroom in the house which features a queen bed, and a small patio area with seating. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Just off the hallway is the attached 1 car garage.

THE PROJECT
Kettner Row consists of 16 row homes built by aware winning architect & developer Jonathan Segal & is located on a beautiful tree lined street in the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Each home has their own exclusive entry with a shared courtyard. These row homes are similar to lofts with added benefits of privacy, open spaces, individual entries and parking.

LOCATION, DINING, ACTIVITIES
Little Italy hangs over India Street, which located just 1 block from our home! This area is alive with award winning local restaurants, alfresco cafés, craft breweries, & boutique shops, influenced by Italian culture. We are also just 2 blocks from the San Diego Bay & Harbor, Maritime Museum, WWII USS Midway Museum, and Seaport Village! Just 1 block away, there is a Trolley that goes throughout San Diego including the baseball park, downtown, the border, and also to the shops in Fashion Valley.

For activities, the neighborhood hosts a variety of festivals, including ArtWalk, Festa, & the weekly Little Italy Farmer's Market (every Saturday). Head a few blocks south to the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego's bustling downtown neighborhood with locally-owned eateries and lively nightlife venues.

A food-lovers paradise! Easy walk to some of the best dining in all of San Diego! Waterfront Bar & Grill and the Brigantine is a great casual place for all ages. For upscale Italian, try Buon Apetito or Bencotto. Steakhouse we recommend Born and Raised. Or for a nationally acclaimed restaurant try Juniper and Ivy, a modern American eatery. All within walking distance!!!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. The 30 year minimum doesn't apply to children staying with their parent(s)/guardian(s)
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.

Fantastic location! Super clean!

What a fantastic place! From top to bottom the condo was spotless. The location was 1 block from the water and 1 block away from all the shops and restaurants of Little italy. 1/2 block from train station to Oceanside and LAX if ya want. The management responded to everything needed almost instantly! What an all-around great place! Look forward to staying here again.

Perfect location

My fiancé and I had the best stay in San Diego thanks in part to staying at this condo. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a couple for a 4 night visit. With different floors, the space would be comfortable for 2 different couples or a family to share together without feeling like you are in close quarters. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere and truly felt like we were able to relax and put our feet up after days and nights out in the city. Being in a major downtown area we still felt safe, secure, and slept well each night. In every direction there are incredible restaurants and bars, as well as exercise studios and little shops. The bay is also a short distance away on foot. Ubers were easy to get and the airport is a quick 10 minute drive away, if that. If you do rent a car, there is a great garage space for the vehicle. Our time here was awesome and we are still talking about it a month later. We would not hesitate to stay here again on another visit to San Diego. Thank you so much for lending your condo to travelers.

Beautiful townhome in a great location. Coffee shops and tons of restaurants within walking distance. A little farther walk but definitely walkable to the Coronado ferry and the USS Midway. Great spot for couples.
