Dream vacation, great location, great condo! 10 ppl, 402 top-Right on the beach!

Continually updating & renewing with new furniture, new floors, new windows, new paint, etc. Spacious 1650 sq feet 4th floor unit with large balcony to enjoy warm ocean breezes. Close proximity to shopping, dining (of all types), and recreation.

Master suite offers a king size bed, wall mount TV, private balcony, and large private bath complete with Jacuzzi, walk in shower and double vanities.

Second bedroom also has a King size bed, private access to the main balcony, wall mount TV, and private full bathroom.

Third bedroom has Full bunk w/full bed & full trundle, TV and adjacent full bath.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar accommodating seating for 10, utensils, dishes, and cookware provided.

Perhaps the most appealing asset is this properties location. Secluded on the south side of 30A complete with private beach. You will find the 50 ft tall atrium with palm trees, tropical plants and sitting areas breathtaking. Open the slidding glass doors to see, hear and feel the ocean and it's breezes.

The beaches of Blue Mountain are some of the most beautiful in the world. We welcome you to our little piece of Heaven on earth. Bike or drive minutes away to dune lakes, fine dining, cafes, shopping, or outdoor concerts.

Our condo is located just about 20 miles from Destin and about 30 miles from Panama City.

Beautiful beach condo!

Lovely place to spend your beach vacay. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were extra comfy.

Fall Break

We love this are!!! Very isolated and beach is amazing with no large crowds!!! Unit is decorated VERY nice and is so comfortable!!! Everything that we could have possibly needed was there! And the host was very prompt and awesome to work with. Already excited for next year in this same unit!!

Great place!

The place was clean and very easy to access the beach. The manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and space

We stayed with our teenagers and other families that rented other units in the building for Spring Break. Perfect location right on the beach with great amenities and near restaurants and ice cream.

Nice family vacation

Property was clean, large enough for 3 small families, and close to beach/pool. We enjoyed our time very much! Great spot. We will return.

Perfect location, spacious condo

We absolutely loved the Blue Lupine condo! The location was perfect, we had easy access to the beach, and there were lots of families staying there like us. The condo was a great size for our group. It had everything we needed and more and we hope to return next year!

Great Location

Wonderful place to stay!!!! Very clean and spacious and the owners are very helpful if you should need anything. Beautiful, large balcony with a great view! We have stayed here more than once and will definitely come back! Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Spring Break 2021

We greatly anticipated this trip to Blue Mountain Beach as it had been delayed a year due to the pandemic. This property more than lived up to our expectations! Spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect spot on 30A, our family had an incredible vacation! The host was very accommodating, and we can't wait to return!

Perfect Rental

This property was exactly what we needed. It’s clean, well appointed, comfortable and very quiet with a perfect location. The owner was responsive and the building and grounds were well maintained. We had no problems and loved our stay. We are putting this on our return list and definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo. Great location.

Loved this area. We have never stayed this far down. We always stay in Rosemary, but Blue Mountain was beautiful and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. We had one hiccup with the keycards not working on our arrival, but the owner was quick to take care of it, even though it was 1am. Great vacation. We definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Wonderful vacation condo. Reservation handled very professionally. Owner quickly responded to any and all questions. Check in and check out process very smooth. All information easily found in condo. Kitchen well stocked to make all meals in the condo. Footsteps from the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely come back!

Spring Break 2016

Our family LOVED this condo! Very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, we could not have asked for a better vacation spot! Everything we needed was in the condo, so all we needed to do was to walk steps from the from of the building to the ocean. Other than groceries (there is a Publix about a mile or so away) the owners have provided everything you need! Situated on a great stretch of 30A, Blue Lupine is an ideal location and our family will definitely be back!

"STRESS BUSTER"

We had a wonderful vacation, full of relaxation and fun. The Condo is so nice and clean. The floor plan was perfect for our family. We loved the private beach. Having small children and two teenage girls the less crowded beach made it much easier to keep up with the kids. This is such a peaceful place all the way around. No loud night life going on all around you. Everyone is so friendly. This is the Best vacation place!!

Great condo

Condo was in great location. Exactly as described. Had one minor issue and Judy treated it like a major mishap. She went beyond what was needed. That means more than everything being perfect. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is perfect!!

We came for our family vacation and loved everything. The condo is spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. Early morning coffee on the patio was perfect with the sunrise and partial ocean view. The beach is beautiful as well as the water. Pool was well kept and fun for the kids. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. I loved the sofa! It was so comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We will recommend this to others and will return!

It is secluded but also close to many activities. I love to exercise and this is a great place to run and bike, also the workout room is great for rainy days and the atrium is great for the kids on rainy days.
