This condo has been newly renovated throughout. All new tile floors, new tiled bathrooms-one with a walk in-shower, and new doors and trim to update this condo. It has all of the furnishings, from beds to furniture, from pots and pans, to linens to make your stay amazing.

The living room features top quality leather sofa and loveseat with travertine coffee and end tables. The 50- inch flat screen HDTV features upgraded cable service that highlights this phenomenal picture. Relax in the side chair as you peruse the many books and magazines waiting to be read.

The master bedroom features a new, high quality king sized bed and linens, as well as, white wood dresser and nightstands. Relax on your private balcony as you take in the spectacular ocean view and listen to the surf! To cap it off, there is a newly updated, tiled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed of the same high quality, along with the white wood dresser and nightstand. The guest bathroom is right outside the door and has been completely updated, as well.

The kitchen features granite countertops with wood cabinets and is fully equipped with all appliances, i.e., electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and garbage disposal. All small appliances-(blender, toaster oven, toaster, hand mixer, Keurig and programmable coffeemaker), dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glassware and plasticware are provided. The condo is fully air conditioned, too!

Relax on one of the many lounge chairs at your private, sandy, oceanfront beach which is raked daily! Sit under a palm tree and read your favorite book. Grill your fresh catch on one of the gas grills provided and dine under the spacious tiki hut. Or, just grab your morning cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise from your master bedroom balcony or the beautiful private beach!

For your enjoyment there is a large heated pool which also features comfortable lounges, tables, umbrellas,and chairs. In between swims, play a game or two of shuffleboard on the court adjacent to the pool or enjoy a game of corn hole. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, along with pool and beach toys, are also provided for your use!

If you choose to dine out, Key Colony Beach offers many great restaurants within walking distance. Whether you want to enjoy a cocktail on the beach, a casual dinner, or a more traditional-style dinner, Key Colony Beach has the place for you! For the times you wish to venture further away, there are numerous top-rated restaurants within minutes of the condo.

Don't miss the breathtaking sunsets at Sunset Park just a few steps away from the condo. If you are lucky enough, you may be visiting when there is entertainment in the park on Sunday evenings, and if you are really lucky, there may be an impromptu sing-a-long, Key Colony Beach style.

Key Colony Beach also has a Public Par 3 Golf Course, tennis and pickle ball courts, children’s playgrounds, as well as, walking paths throughout the community.

Take the time to visit the local attractions such as the Dolphin Research Center where you can swim with the dolphins, or the Turtle Hospital where you can learn firsthand how these endangered animals are being saved. Other noteworthy attractions close by are Aquarium Encounters, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key or walk the Old 7 Mile Bridge. If you are really adventurous, take an hour long drive to Key West and stroll down Duval Street or join in the Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square.

There are many places to rent bikes, kayaks, and even boats nearby. There are many fishing charters available along with other companies willing to take you on other water adventures such as sand bar visits and snorkeling trips. How active you chose to be is up to you!

From personal experience, we always recommend travel insurance to cover those unfortunate incidents that could prevent you from traveling. We were unable to go on a 10 day cruise due to an injury from a fall that occurred just before we were due to leave. Because we purchased travel insurance, we were reimbursed for the cost of the entire trip!
