Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patio.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes, and we’ll do the rest! This is vacation—simplified.

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shops. We’re right where you want to be!

Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Amazing location on the beach with beautiful views. Comfortable condo, though a bit in need of upgrades. The beach was wide and clean and not crowded at all, 10 min. From Jeanette’s Pier. The area is quieter than Kitty Hawk, but with still plenty of restaurants and amenities.

Fantastic ocean views from the living room, and balcony. Directly on the beach. The exterior of the building lacks some TLC, but our concerns were put to rest when we walked into Joe's place. It was completely updated and well appointed. It was just the two of us but would've been great for two couples or a family. It is located walking distance from Janette's pier and 1.5miles from Fish Head's restaurant, a great beach bar.

We love to be able to stay ocean front at a reasonable price. Parking was great onsite.. The condo's furniture was very clean and comfortable.

Views are excellent; bath math in second bathtub would be helpful; an extra fan would be nice; might need new nonstick frying pans for those of us who cook. Can’t beat the location.

The VIEW!!! Amazing! Sitting in the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The host was very responsive and answered my questions in a very timely manner. Very comfortable bed as well. Would stay again.

Enjoyed a lovely spur of the moment long weekend trip to OBX. The condo was perfect! Very comfortable and amazing ocean view! King bed was very comfortable and showers had great water pressure. Tall patio chairs made it easy and comfortable to see the ocean. Mike and Lisa were great hosts.

A lot of reviews mention the view… they’re not wrong. Incredible view! We wanted a beach front place to stay and this definitely fit the bill. As soon as we walked in, my family was asking if we could make this an annual tradition, and we’d only been there 5 minutes. Score one for mom and dad!Comfortable. Easy parking. Reports of elevator being out of service, but it worked for us. Even so, each building has a “dumb waiter” type system so you don’t have to haul your luggage up the stairs.We had an issue with a toilet and it was quickly resolved.There’s a swing on the balcony. This unit looked like the only one with a swing and we spent A LOT of time enjoying it.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This property was amazing and updated!! The view was spectacular! Sitting on the balcony in the swing was AMAZING with a cup of coffee in the mornings. The condo was well stocked. Joe was a breeze to work with -- very helpful. Just a great place to escape to! We've already re-booked again for later this fall!

A very pleasant experience! Joe, the host was more than helpful. He gave us an itinerary that was very informative, that really made our vacation even better. Which included detailed information on how to check in, places of interest, places to eat. The view was amazing! Sunrise was the best! The condo was just the right size for the wife and I and our two boys. The place was amazingly clean, and the complex had two swimming pools which were also very clean. Overall the whole vacation was one of our best. The weather was nice. The location was great, the beaches weren’t over crowded. Only regret was we didn’t stay a couple days longer.

We absolutely loved the location and the space! The unit is incredibly clean and comfortable - perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space to spread out, and the dedicated desk workspace in the main area was a huge plus! My daughter enjoyed watching YouTube easily on the tv (and told me we need a Roku tv now too) and my son enjoyed the super fast and reliable wifi to play minecraft while we were there. I was even able to stream both hockey and baseball simultaneously on my laptop one night while he gamed and she watched tv. So absolutely A on the wifi! I adored the view from the balcony, even without the swing (which may have been broken by weather or a prior guest). Sunrise was stunning the morning I got up to enjoy it! Beach access was super simple, and my teen enjoyed walking around even though the water was cold! We would have loved to use the pools but we came too early in the season for that. Elevator not working was no big deal at all, and the luggage lift was handy when we moved in! So many great restaurants around, as well as shops and nature to explore! The parking was convenient and easy, and being in a side unit meant it was quiet in the building. Also loved the blackout shades! Overall a wonderful visit to OBX and we would definitely come back and stay here in Nags Head again!

We had an incredible time during our stay at this property. It was conveniently located right on the beach and we were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. At night, the pier was lit, and the view from the balcony was simply incredible. The property was clean and the host was responsive and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful time on our vacation in the Outer Banks.
