The location was exactly as described and couldn't be more convenient getting to and from the beach. The hosts were very responsive; we would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. The place was clean and inviting when we arrived. The hosts were great and responsive. We have typically stayed in Hatteras but loved the feel of Kill Devil Hills. You still get the picturesque dunes and beaches with a ton of great shops and restaurants close by. The pool was really convenient for days with rougher waves. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was that this is a lower-level unit, and the occupants above us were extremely noisy, with loud footsteps and activity continuing into the early morning hours each night. This was certainly not the fault of our hosts, but it is something prospective renters may want to be aware of when considering this unit. Overall, we were very pleased with the property itself and our hosts Dave and Cindy were fantastic to work with and super responsive.

Perfect place on the beach.
Great spot for a small family getaway. Nice furnishings , warm showers, and direct beach access! A nicely maintained spot for enjoying the outer banks. Would stay here again.

Nice property for two couples. Great location. Comfortable beds. The unit is dated in its furnishings. The kitchen needs more utensils.

We loved this cute little condo! It's roomy, comfortable, and right on the beach. Not to mention, the location is great! We will be back.

Perfect getaway
Staying in OBX was everything we could gave hoped for and having the perfect place made it that much better. From the furnishings to the spectacular views to the awesome location it was 10/10.

Beautiful condo. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of cooking items. The owners were very responsive and always answered my messages quickly. Good location and easy walk to beach. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Great Weekend in OBX
Overall a great place to stay. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Loved the location. Definitely will stay again. Make sure you read the description and bring all of your bedding, towels, etc. with you!
