The host was very responsive. The home was very clean. The environment was warm and homey. All essentials were provided. It was conveniently located to town and to points of interest. We would stay there again.

Great communication from the host. Very clean, comfortable and cozy house. Wonderful Mountain View. Close to Asheville and all it has to offer but far enough away that you get a rural, country feeling. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was as depicted. We were very comfortable, especially the beds which isn't always the case in rentals. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Our little dog was right at home as well. Hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We would not hesitate to book this property again if in the area.

Very nice house, but had construction directly out in front of the house for 75% of my stay. Hosts were VERY NICE and accommodating. Construction was not their fault but got no real rest. Had there not been construction, everything would be 5-star. Great location near fun driving roads and lots of food choices. I would definitely stay again once construction is done. Highly recommend this host’s house.

The home was clean and neat …a little dated but nice. My one complaint would be the one TV (that the WIFI signal kept dropping and no tv”s in the bedrooms). Overall our stay was good especially the view of the mountains from the large window in the living room area. The hosts were very reachable and responded to every email promptly :)

The home is a lovely older home. It was pretty clean, and the host was a great communicator and always seemed very friendly and helpful. We did notice a few missing details: light fixtures (indoor and outdoor) had lots of dead bugs; Fire extinguisher under the sink needs recharged or replaced, the door to the basement (to get to the washer and dryer), has been splintered and broken, consequently is easy to get fingers and clothes snagged, and basement steps were pretty rickety.

Lovely home. Unfortunately the kitchen photo shows that there is a Viking stove in the kitchen, but there is not. Looks like it was replaced before we were there but no mention of it being replaced. The stove was replaced but the hood is still there, but no working light or fan. Disappointed as I was looking forward to cooking on it.The yard was lovely and the traffic on the road was never so loud that it bothered us.Quiet neighborhood. Close to Fletcher and Asheville.Comfortable layout and beds were nice.

Very private, nice setting in semi-rural area that’s still close to Asheville. Lots of natural light. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed sitting outside watching it get dark and listening to a mockingbird.
