Newport is a quiet neighborhood in a rural setting. A great location for kayaking, hiking or biking. Amish farms and produce are located nearby. This home is on the Maryland Historic Register, CH-21, and part of a 54 acre farm. The Gilbert Run canal is within walking distance and is available as a kayak launch to the Wicomico River.
A six night minimum stay is required, however, exceptions may be possible. Special events, weddings and parties can be scheduled for an extra fee.
For guest safety, cleaning and sanitation beyond Vrbo guidelines is completed due to Covid 19. All towels, linens, blankets, coverlets and bath mats are laundered between guests. In addition to Airbnb guidelines, we also use UV light in all rooms to disinfect between guest arrivals.
